I'll believe it when I see it...

Same thing we've been hearing since we drafted him...

Shotty is setting himself up for failure with this statement.

And even if its true, why in the world would you announce this to your opponent?

Great. Schotty will try to force him more terrible screens and use him like a gimmick. Why not just give him Givens's snaps?

This is exactly what I thought, great gimmick plays that do nothing....

Really what we need is to have him on the field more often (as a decoy) and running real routes. No more quick screens to him etc. . . Heck bring Tavon on the field and quick screen it to Givens. Teams are watching for Tavon to have the ball in his hands, everyone knows he is dangerous. Right now it is about proving he is dangerous overall, not just with gimmicks. So get with it Schotty.

So what was the game plan before this week? Using him as a decoy?

Well.. The best way to feature him and make sure he has a big game... Is telling the defense that you're going to try to do that lmao

I was hoping for something more rational like "hand the ball to Stacy" but it's probably something along the lines of "wait for Kellen Clemmons to turn into a 60 foot tall robot and smash things"

That one almost worked during the days of Keith Null if not for freaking Wolverine.

But seriously...just get Austin on the field and use him like any other WR.

Does anybody else find that actually encouraging?

People were laughing when Fisher said we need to run the ball more, and look how that turned out.
