Kenny Britt being shopped hard by Tennessee Titans

Added NFL Media columnist Michael Silver, "If you have a 12-pack of Coke and athletic tape, you can have Kenny Britt. Nobody wants him."

Nobody is going to take him. And you can't blame them. Only hope is a player-for-player swap for some other malcontent, and I'm not sure I even want that.

It's so depressing as a fan that Britt didn't pan out, especially after some of the (albeit few and far between) performances that he put on.

Wherever he ends up after here, whether it be tomorrow or at the end of the season, I wish KB the best. He seems like an overall good dude, just immature.

What would you guys think about Pernell McPhee? Thought crossed my mind after reading a thread about us trying to trade for a WR. Good player who unfortunately we don't have any use for with the depth we have and probably never really a great fit for the 3-4.

Honestly just can't see us trading him to a team that will be competing for a playoff spot in the AFC. As disappointing as he has been (and he's been incredibly disappointing), there is still a chance he could just blow up somewhere after a change of scenery.

Falcons don't seem to be going anywhere. Britt for Osi?

How can you have all that talent and totally jack up your 2nd NFL contract (the biggest contract you will sign in your career)? He is going to have to sign a 1 year prove it deal in the offseason and risk the chance of another lower body injury or another off the field incident during that year. Not to mention the on the field melt downs. The FO and coaching staff gave him every opportunity to make some money next year and he blew it.

Wow..just wow Kenny..SMH.

Would actually make sense as Minny needs quite a bit of help at WR... but I feel like someone else will offer a much more attractive offer (like SEA). If Britt wasn't such a headcase would maybe happen.

No way we get Allen, IMO. Seattle is pushing hard for him.

I have heard however that Philly is shopping Vinny Curry. I was very intrigued by him when he was drafted. Wouldn't mind a Britt for Curry swap.

Miami needs WR help with Gibson out for the year now.

Tampa Bay just had Williams go down. Plus it would make me chuckle to see Britt on a winless team. Laughing

If he is traded I don't want him in the AFC just in case he gets his head out of his butt and figures things out.

Ruston is that you calling? Shocked

Quote:
"Multiple sources" tell ESPN's Adam Schefter the Seahawks are making an "11th-hour push" for Vikings DE Jared Allen.
Per Schefter, the Vikings are also talking to another team. According to USA Today's Tom Pelissero, Allen is willing to "redo his deal for the right situation." The Seahawks have roughly $2.6 million in cap space, while Allen is due $7.5 million, so a restructure would be necessary. Seattle is loaded with pass rushers, and tied for third in the league in sacks. It would be a luxury add.

The Titans need to add a PR. Wimbley sucks and is a waste of space and money. Morgan is a good all-around DE but not a great PR. It's sad when our best PR has been Ropati.

I wouldn't be for the Allen trade. I feel we need all the picks we can get this year. With how we have drafted lately we usually get some nice pieces early on with that pick.
