I think Wilcox is a little better, but heath was pretty good.

Heath was very impressive, but Wilcox have done nothing to lose his job and Heath haven't done enough to win it IMO.

- But I'm really pleased with the way Heath was playing, and that adds some competition.

The secondary just gave up the second most yards to one receiver in NFL history. I don't think we should talking about how great any member of that unit played.

X2. If we are talking about Heath starting it really emphasizes just how bad our safety situation is.

This team has needs and an impact coverage safety is one of them.

I thought Heath was horrible. He was often in the wrong position. Don't let one play - i.e., Heath running down CJ - cloud your judgment on his abilities.

have to agree. he wasn't all that good at all.

Wilcox being out kind of hurt us. Along with Mo and Church getting injured with Hammy's. Having Scandrick on the outside and BW Webb in the slot is not the preferred combination with McCray/Hamilton and Heath at Safety.

Funny how once Claiborne went out with a Hammy, the dam broke. Just saying.

Well. When you are down to only one starter, it happens.

Scandrick's worst game of the season (career?) didn't help matters.

Claiborne still stinks.

Maybe my memory is cloudy for some reason.. but how was Scandrick bad at all? Overall he was solid. Obviously that catch he allowed at the end of the game was extremely bad, but he didn't have a lot of issues otherwise. Hes definitely had worse games.

How many catches did he allow yesterday? 1-2? Hes been solid the last few weeks.

Scandrick is a average corner with no playmaking ability to change a game. He will play an solid game but when you need him to make a play (or stop one) he always fail. That catch he allowed at the end of the game was only one out of his horrific track record of getting torched. Remember last year against the Falcons? How about when he got abused regularly by Steve Smith (who's out of the league)?

I can't wait to see him off this team.

I liked what I saw from Heath yesterday but I'm a JJ Wilcox guy. Wilcox has the athletic element most safeties just don't have. I can see Wilcox developing into a ball hawk type safety at best. An above average safety with cover skills at worst. Heath is a great backup it looks like though. BTW, Where did Heath come from? I honestly never heard of him until last week...

I know our secondary gave up a ton of yards, but alot of that credit has to go to Stafford. He made some amazing throws in tight windows.
