I just think this is a cold slump for him. Also, he's had a whole new receiving cast this year so they're still learning and he just got Gronk back. I am so pumped for the Dolphins game, can't wait until Sunday. Do you think he's out of his prime or cold slump?

Line can't protect and WRs can't catch.

I don't think it's the only factor by any means, or even necessarily the biggest factor in his struggles this season, but I definitely do think he is past his prime

He's 36, I don't think there's a question he's past his prime. But then again Manning is 37/38 and look what he's doing.

But Brady was never an athletic QB, his game is all mental and short passes.

I think it's both. There is no doubt he is past his prime for obvious reasons but he is also starting to decline. However, his recent level of play is worsened by the lack of chemistry with his receivers and the bad offensive line play. He will get better if those two are corrected

Needs more time with these receivers. Receivers need more time in the NFL.

Thats all.

I think the lack of comfort with the receivers is causing him to press and make more mistakes for sure. Whatever issues he's experiencing appear to be purely mental.

If Peyton is dominating at 38, than Brady can at 36. It's his receivers I say.

I'd say he's definitely declining but I'd also say he still has the ability to be a top 5 QB.

His mental stuff is more of a concern than his arm.

He's not declining. He's never had more zip and arm in his throws. He's also never needed much athleticism to get to where he is. I actually think he's at his physical peak right now in terms of throwing the football, which is the only thing we should be looking at. The struggles are easily mental issues and things that can easily be worked on...

We are one Shane Vereen away from seeing all the weapons being utilized on this offense. Assuming everyone stays healthy, this Sunday may be the stepping stone to a second half offensive implosion on the season.

There is very little doubt in my mind that he reaching the end of his NFL career.

I say there's actually a pretty good chance he retires after this year or the next.

Which is why he signed a three year extension 8 months ago.

Brady's trouble comes w/ not trusting his WRs. He holds the ball longer to see what they're doing w/ routes and OL is pretty poor this year specifically in the interior. He's declining in a way his deep ball, that was at best avg, is very poor. He'll be fine once he gets weapons around him he trusts.
