Quote:
Free agent DT Jay Ratliff has been cleared to resume football activities.
Ratliff was released by the Cowboys last week with a failed physical designation. He's been dealing with hamstring and abdomen issues since suffering a setback with his groin injury during training camp, but was declared healthy enough to play this season. ESPN's Ed Werder reports as many as six teams are interested in signing Ratliff. The 32-year-old is expected to start working out for clubs "in a couple of weeks."

If he can pass a physical, I hope the Bengals are looking at him. Devon Still is out 6ish weeks with an elbow injury so we can definitely use him.

With Zimmer as our the DC, I'm pretty much expecting us to sign Ratliff... Laughing

Should see some Orlovsky vs Manziel this week in the battle of "who's less aware of their surroundings"

Orlovsky has too much experience here. Manziel doesn't stand a chance.

His agent released a statement when he was cut saying there was tendons detached from his groin and a bunch of other super painful sounding stuff. Now two weeks later he's magically cured.

Usually I give the player the benefit of the doubt. Bad contract regardless, but injuries happen. This just is fishy all over.

Scumbag Ratliff.... needs the hat.

Couldn't pass a physical a week ago and his agent said he's out a year...

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Niners try to get him. We've had a lot of injuries this year.

How would ratliff influence the doctor to fail him in a physical? And wasnt he getting paid a lot of money?

Ratliff is a dirtbag. Signed a massive deal 2 years ago, played ~6 games, got injured, gave up on the team. Doesn't care about anybody but himself. Now somehow he's magically cured. Good riddance; hope your [inappropriate/removed] never plays another game, Rat.

If hes fine why did the COWBOYS doctor fail his physical? Sure his agent said what he did but its the Dallas doctors that deemed him unfit to play.
