5 AFC teams are on a bye this week, so not many important games to watch for. The next 4 weeks of the Bengals season could define where things really stand though.

2.Bengals 5-2
3.Colts 5-2
4.Patriots 5-2
5.Broncos 6-1
6.Chargers 4-3

In the Hunt:
7.Jets 4-3
8.Dolphins 3-3
9.Titans 3-4
10.Bills 3-4
11.Ravens 3-4
12.Browns 3-4
13.Steelers 2-4
14.Raiders 2-4
15.Texans 2-5
16.Jaguars 0-7

Games of Importance:

1st Slate

1.Browns @ Chiefs - Need Chiefs win
2.Dolphins @ Patriots - Need Dolphins win.
3.Bills @ Saints - Need Saints win

2nd Slate
1.Redskins @ Broncos - Need Redskins win
2.Steelers @ Raiders - Need Raiders win

If the Raiders can beat the Steelers, I'll be thrilled. That team still worries me because of Big Ben...

Should see some Orlovsky vs Manziel this week in the battle of "who's less aware of their surroundings"

Orlovsky has too much experience here. Manziel doesn't stand a chance.

Good week so far for the Bengals in the playoff picture once again. 3 games ahead on the division, and this team could realistically be in line for a #2 seed to. The goal of course is a #1 seed though, even though its unlikely.

The best part of the current playoff seedings (besides getting the bye) is that New England would host Denver right out of the gate. Oner of them is one and done. As of right now, those two seem to be the media's two choices for a Super Bowl run out of the AFC.
