Williams was a track star at Texas - San Antonio, where he reportedly ran in the 4.2s. He has previously been waived by the Cowboys and the Colts, the latter of whom tried him out at cornerback.

He is a developmental prospect, but I like this signing because his speed is something that sets him apart from the rest of the receivers on this team.

Put him at KR. He's gotta be better than Arenas.

i think anyone is better than Arenas. I lost count of how many times he's taken one back from 5 yards in (or deeper) and got stopped before the 20

And it's not like he justifies those with a big return every now and then. Which would really help out our struggling offense. I would love to see this Williams guy's speed on the football field. I think kick returns are the safest way to do so as long as he's not coughing up the football.
