This is due to the fact that Tyson Clabo, who many here wanted, myself included, has been absolutely horrid.

Cowboys can cut 13mil in cap space off of the 31mil by restructuring Romo and Lee. There are others they can look at restructuring again, including DeMarcus Ware, Brandon Carr, Jason Witten and Orlando Scandrick . I think restructuring Ware is a bad idea. Are you going to sacrifice the young for the old? Smith, Dez, and Carter all will be free agents in 2015. I think Jerry and Stephen seriously have to consider letting go Ware. Making him a June 1 cut would free up 12mil in cap space for both 2014 and 2015.

McKinnie struggled mightly in Baltimore so far this year, I don't see it as much of an upgrade but I think McKinnie lives in Miami and Baltimore was just trying to get rid of him.

I've come to expect disappointment from a Gators fan, so you're actually par for the course.

A full Eli, a dog runs out on the field and poops on Vick and a tie ball game. That's how you do it.

Free agent DT Jay Ratliff has been cleared to resume football activities.
Ratliff was released by the Cowboys last week with a failed physical designation. He's been dealing with hamstring and abdomen issues since suffering a setback with his groin injury during training camp, but was declared healthy enough to play this season. ESPN's Ed Werder reports as many as six teams are interested in signing Ratliff. The 32-year-old is expected to start working out for clubs "in a couple of weeks."

I'm against restructuring any of them. We need to stop this obsession with signing guys to bloated deals and the restructuring them to keep us under the cap. All it does it extend the amount of time the guy remains on the team and how much money we owe him. It creates salary cap purgatory.

i just wonder if we had any offset language in his contract? Would love to recoup some of that.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that after the Rams lost quarterback Sam Bradford to a season-ending knee injury on Sunday, the team contacted Favre to see if he was interested in coming out of retirement (again). Favre, however, told the Rams that he’s not interested.

I guess desperate times call for desperate measure to call the antique and see if he would come out and play.
