we beat the bengals and hung in with the chiefs. we can go with the next to-elite teams. as this team gets older we will start closing htem. going forward there should be cause for optimism in Cleveland. Free agency, draft, whatever- you find a QB and we can win a superbowl NEXT year. Most likely if they draft the QB we wont win one next year, but you never know, truth is stranger than fiction sometimes.

that being said you have to give some of bess' looks to someone else. let him calm down- keep him out of the eye of the public, let him rejuvenate himself in the 2nd half of the year. we can beat the ravens next week.

We're really close. Just need the QB. I think we finish around 7-9 or 8-8 still if we win next week. Next year we're gonna explode.

Of course that's assuming we get our franchise QB.

oh yes I agree with you but not everyone learns from their history specially when it comes with the topic of drugs. Gordon' s history has been about him making poor choices and liking to party to much.

What did Gordon do a lot this off season, he would fly down to Miami every so often and party it up, hell he says the reason he got busted with codeine was because it was in his cough syrup but there is also a well known drink that is made with codeine cough syrup that is known to be drank at the party scene. Then he got caught doing 100 in a 60. I could see him learning from history that he has seperated his immature college party days behind him once he made it to the NFL but I dont know if he has it in him to leave the party days behind him.

if there were less things out there about him partying and stuff I would feel better about him but a lot of reports say he partied a lot this offseason.

He loves SOSA fur sure but that's just cuz he balls

Bess was awful today, inconsistent all year. Makes you wonder, especially given Hoyer & Campbell with the shorter, quicker passes, how much different our offense would've looked with Welker here.

We can't sorry Sad

Outside of Gordon and Cameron we have nothing on offense. So our defense is getting gassed.

Why do we keep playing Willis? I want Fozzy and Ogby taking more snaps.

welll any offense would look good with Welker but there was no way in hell Welker would of came to Cleveland. He is getting old and wants to chase championships.

If we had consistent QB play like Hoyer gave us and what Campbell gave us in the 2nd half yesterday we could be playoff bound but neither of them could lead us to a playoff victory IMO. Browns wont become a title contender until they get a difference makers out of their QBs IMO

Really wish we won 1 out our last 3 games. 3 out of our next 4 are very winnable. I bet we beat the Ravens, Steelers and Jaguars.

Jaguars and Steelers are pathetic.

Ravens will be tough for Campbell.

Sadly I think the Jags will beat the Browns... And then we will beat the Ravens.. Or something silly like that. Confused

Willis has been ok IMO, for what he is.

He gets upfield, doesn't lose yardage and is a good blocker. He's no AP, but there is a reason the guy was chillin on the couch week 2.

We need a RB, badly, but Willis is good by me.

I'm not that mad about this game because it confirms that Weeden is the WOAT and we can move on. Not that I'm happy he failed, as much as now it's not really a question anymore. He would have been sacked like 8 times today, I think we might bring in somebody else if Campbell went down at this stage.

Nah, maybe sacked twice today at the most.

Yesterday, now that is a different story.
