Didn't Fisher and Young not get along with the Titans? If so, why would he bring him in when there are comparable players on the market that he doesn't already hate.

Well I was really referring to multiple teams in the league not just STL, my bad. Fisher does not deserve that team after this year.

Don't tell that to Peter King and SI...

I guarantee if the Rams were 5-2 than Farve would return as fast as texting his junk to that reporter.

Maybe I'm not understanding you correctly, but it seems like you're knocking Favre here a bit, which is odd to me because you're essentially saying he would be more likely to come back if this team presented a better situation. Yes...? A guy who is happily retired would be more likely to return if the team had the inside track to playoffs/another SB. I'm not sure that's so shocking or indicative of him being selfish.

Again, I may be misinterpreting you, in which case I apologize.

So he should just come back and play for any team that wants him ? Playoff contender or not ?

Favre said that he spoke with his agent, didn't say it was about him. Favre's agent just happens to be the same agent that handles Austin Davis. This is probably just Favre wanting some attention or the media trying to drum up a story.

Probably media would be my guess.

Or the Rams did ask him (or at least reach out to him). Do you have anything suggesting the story is false?

Didn't read the actual story until now, where he was asked about this in an interview.

Favre should come back, He knows that everyone would watch him. But why risk it for a losing season? I'm saying that if the Rams were a better team and they called Favre than you wouldn't think he'd be tempted? If he did sign this week though I guarantee that the MNF would get the highest ratings in history. However the same could be said for Tebow.

Someone should tell him that the Rams moved to St. Louis. Favre was in the NFL when they were still the Los Angeles Rams.

Favre looks like he is in better shape now than when he returned to the Vikes in 2010.
