Brett Hundley-mobile, stong arm QB like Kaepernick

Stephen Morris- similar to Hundley

Zach Mettenberger- Elite Arm Strength

Logan Thomas (i know what your thinking but his ceiling is very high, elite size and strength)

Blake Bortles (under the radar)-lesser version of Andrew Luck but very similar skill sets

I did write ups on each but i was logged out and lost them so i dont want to bother doing them again.

Morris is easily one of my favorite QBs in this draft just a great all around QB, I've seen passes from him that I didn't think we're possible (See USF throw) but he definitely has some lows. I would love to have him sit for a year then see what he can do.

Hundley well he's the 2nd best QB in this draft no doubt about it.

Mettenberger is Palmer 2.0 IMO

I don't hate Thomas, he's just not my favorite and I haven't studied him as much.

Bortles has gotten a lot of hype on this site. I like him, but I'm not a fanatic like others

My personal favorite (who probably won't come out this year but oh well) Brett Smith. He is my MAN

Stephen Morris is just very up and down. He struggled against Florida and Florida Atlantic to start the year. His last two games were much better. Definitely not a 1st or 2nd round pick for me at this point which is kinda where we'll looking at drafting a QB at this point. He'd be a good enough pick after that.

Mettenberger as Palmer 2.0 can be seen in two ways. He can make every throw but struggles under pressure, with accuracy, and decision making. But Palmer was a legitimately good QB at one point and I think Mettenberger can be that kind of QB. 2nd Round pick for me (If he doesn't revert back to his 2012 level)

Hundley... He's for real. Love his skillset, potential, and attitude. He really needs another year in college but I'd take him with an early 1st round pick in a heartbeat. He's not that far behind Bridgewater IMO.

Logan Thomas... John Skelton 2.0. He regularly completes a low percentage of passes, makes poor decisions, and I really question his ability to read NFL defenses.

For me, I'll throw Tajh Boyd into the mix. He's on the short side but he's got a solid build and can take a hit. Lots of comparisons being made to McNair and McNabb. He definitely has the same skill set with a solid build, strong arm, and the ability to be a legitimate running threat. He throws a nice deep ball too. He's a tough guy (played through an ACL tear in high school) and has become a very good leader.

I'll try to catch the Clemson-Florida State game this week and take some notes.

Thomas would struggle to get wet if he fell out of a boat, he is that inaccurate. As a TE he intrigues me, massive size, he was the #3 TE out of HS or something like that.

Morris is thin, but can play. Throws a nice pass, mobile too.

I dont like Zach, but that is me.

Hundley I like alot, but he is going to go Top 5, I think we miss out.

Boyd is good, probably there when we pick, a leader and has poise.

Missed Johnny football, i like him, could be great on this team.

End of November we will have more accurate picture.

He either needs to sit for a year or come back to school. If he does the 2015 draft will be absurd with Hundley and Winston.

Too many dreams for me

This. His pocket presence is dreadful to watch...

I don't think it'd be necessary for him to go back to school next year when he'll probably be a top 15 draft pick if not top 5. And this years QB class is already absurd Very Happy

Why would we draft a qb who needs development over a qb who is more nfl ready? Mettenberger es no bueno

Are we still buying into this myth?? BA has been coaching since 1975 on the college and NFL levels of football. That is now 38 years. Of those 38 years he spent a grand total of 3 of them coaching QB's. His QB during that time period did not need a whole lot of developing either. It was Peyton Manning.

I loved hundley last year, the sky is the limit for this kid. We need a talented young QB. I'm sick of these rent-a-qb's!! Go QB then get his protector in the second. The line will improve massively with cooper coming back next year (well at least one side of it). But another guy I'm really high on is Zack Marting OT from ND, he's a little smaller LT but he has really good feet. I think he can be had in the 3rd.

I like Zach, but his length is going to be a worry for those in power. Will be a very good guard in a zone based scheme.
