Too bad the Sox can't hit. This is the best Lackey has pitched in a long time.

Yeah Lackey is arguably putting on his best show since signing with us. Eight strike outs so far and has battled back from some tough situations, power outage calmed his nerves and he has seemed locked in since. Detroit pitching this series has been a new kind of filthy. This season too, I read they broke a record for most K's by a staff in one year.

33 Ks in under 20 iP and an era under .47 for the 3 Detroit SP's is nuts.

I thought Pedroia's first two pitches in the last at bat with Jacoby on were very hittable. Mike Napoli doing what he does second best...hit HRs. Verlander blinks first.

Verlander is tired. Leyland might leave him in there to throw 140 pitches given the way their pen has been

Think we see the Benoit vs Ortiz matchup in the series again?

Lacrosse is for girls. It's a step above field hockey.

Yeah some would say the sport of a lacrosse is taking some younger kids and HSers away from Baseball. I never got interested.
