Agreed 100% but he still sucks Laughing

For the first time, I'm questioning the coaching staff as a whole.

Especially on offense.

There is no reason for us not to be productive on offense. We have 2 RBs that can produce.
We have Wrs that can make plays.
We have a TE that can make plays.
The O-line can be decent, not the worst in the world.

Yet, we see such inconsistent mess from them. Penalties. Reynard on passing routes? WHY? and Why against the Niners of all people?

Not calling for anyone, but just giving the side eye a little.

I know everyone is liking the "fire" from Britt. I see it as the "dumbness" of Britt. Does anyone think if it was the game-winning drive, he wouldn't have acted the same exact way?
He does that and what if he killed the drive costing a TD? So much love for his "fire?"

Derrick Mason said it well this morning, it just time for him to move on. There isn't any bad blood from the Titans about him or from Britt, but it's just time for a split. Him being on the field for 3-4 plays is worthless for a player with his "potential."

We obviously can run with the WRs we have so why even trott him out there anymore?

And, We need a MLB. Fokou is cool, McCarthy is ehhh...We need a HELL YEA at MLB. A true leader that also produces. Pollard is most likley one and done and if he isn't, I think he will drop off real bad next year. He is horrible in pass coverage.

I obviously don't read through the GDTs much anymore..lol

But one that that really sticks out is why did Reynard get action at WR? Did they think they were being creative? He has done nothing to warrant him being out there.

He is a crappy RB and even worst returner right now.

But the mistakes, repeated mistakes points to the coaches. We have talent and they aren't maximizing that right now, especially on offense.

Defesne I'm not questioning so much as I am offensively.

For the life of me, I'll never get what was going through Loggins, Munchak or whoever's bright idea it was to have Reynaud out there. That drop was a huge momentum killer.

I like Munchak but I'm honestly wondering if he's the coach to help us take that next step to being a playoff team.

I use to hate the Fire Fisher threads every week but if Munch doesnt get a deep playoff run we wont have to create a thread Bud Adams is just gonna do it himself. It sucks because we all want Munch to succeed Nashvilles not a great selling point to good coaches i hope Munch turns this thing around but i wonder if he can

The offense played pretty well today. We just aren't good enough offensively to overcome penalties and the refs were inclined to chuck em around all day.

Defense let us down. Can't be too mad because we had a couple guys out and it was the first negative performance of the year really. But again there was some unlucky breaks. The Ayers call negates an INT and they end up with a TD. The fumble on the sidelines that Pollard recovered, but we didn't have any challenges left. Another potential turnover.

Idk I hate to complain about referees, but I feel like every damn week it's something else. It's getting ridiculous.

he didnt recover that fumble... kaep clearly got it before pollard did. pollard tried to pick it up and run but it was just sitting there underneath his butt and kaep dove in and grabbed it. if he would have just dove on it he would have gotten it, but he got greedy and it cost him. Honestly he should have gotten a flag on that play for punching kaep in the neck area after the play was clearly over. so dont sit there and complain about the refs. we outplayed and outcoached you guys. It happens. nothing to be ashamed of, we won the NFC last year for good reason.

good luck to you guys the rest of the way

Kaep should have gotten a penalty for diving in on Pollard late after the incomplete pass whistles were blown.

Yes you outplayed us yesterday. Our worst showing of the year from the defense. We really missed Morgan and Fokou in the run game. Got to get better at stopping running QB's.

It was a good game. One of the more entertaining fourth quarters this season for me.

I think a lot of people have written the 49ers off since they've lost to Colts and Seahawks. What people fail to realize is the 49ers finished 5-2 through the hardest part of our schedule. Texans, Colts, Hawks, GB are all contenders(Say what you want about the Texans, they are still a hard team to play against). And although the Titans and cards aren't contenders, they certainly aren't pathetic and have some very serious talent on their team. I'd also throw the Rams in the same category but they look like a mess. I had them competing for a Wildcard sport this year.

Remember, the 49ers are just getting healthy and you guys played us on an upswing. Your teams good, but we're finally getting into our rhythm and when that happens very few teams can beat us.

Once again, good game, wish the game didn't get as chippy as it did. But it happens.

Every game the titans have lost this year they have lost it. They have to learn how to play a full game over the bye, because they can be a playoff team if they all can get on the same page. Maybe Bud passing with wake up something in the coaches and players that had ties to him and they start playing a full game, every game for the rest of the season. The Bud decals will be on the helmets after the bye. JMO.

Sounds like Jake made it through with only a little soreness. Should be even better in two weeks.

Gif'd some plays I thought were interesting from Coaches Film

Looks like a draw but CJ bounces it for some reason. Looks like there was 8+ yards to be had if goes foward.

Heres a run up the middle for 7 yards. A solid gain but could have been more if Warmack knew to block the 49ers and not the turf.

Casey

CJ still great at passblocking

And Casey.

Overall, not a great outing. Lots of mistakes. From penalties to drops to turnovers to missing blocks. It all adds up in the boxscore.
Losing 3 in a row never feels good. Especially when we started off 3-1. But no reason we shouldn't get things turned around. We'll have more opportunitys to run the ball the next few games and get back to what we want to do. Control the football.

I've been thinking about making gifs from the games, but I have no idea how to do it.

So, how do you make gifs from Coaches Film? I know how to do with YouTube clips but not from other sites.

Nice job on the gifs prozac77.

1. CJ should have been patient on this play. Nice combo block by Big Nasty and warmarck and warmack got to the 2nd level on the LB. Stevens had a nice seal on Bowman. CJ could have got 5 to 6 yards easy on that play, but he jumped outside and created a hold on Walker.

2. Warmack did whiff on that block. Everyone else did a good job moving the LOS. I am not sure CJ will get by Reid however so warmarck's face plant is not that big of deal.

3. Casey is obiviously out of his pass rush lane. It is hard to fault him in the heat of battle, but if he would have stayed to the left instead of going right the pocket would have collasped on Kap. That is what happened on a blitz when Brown & Mac went to the same gap and left a open A gap for Kap to bolt.

4. Big Nasty & Levitre have to get better on their pass pro. Swank left #91 to go help levitre because Justin Smith is about bull rush Levitre back to Locker and #91 pushes Warmack back into Jake's lap. Big Nasty is going to need to help warmack more since he is a work in progress in pass sets. I thought Levitre's forte is pass pro supposedly. Rolling Eyes

5. I am not sure what edwards was doing, you have to keep contain on that play. Nice pass rush by Casey & Ropati. Ropati has been a nice addition as I predicted he would be, sign that guy to an extension this offseason Ruston. Wink
