The Giants remain perfect through six. Crazy stream they have going this year. I don't know if this level of football is sustainable, but it has been quite a ride.

Least we were competitive. LBs were a lot better. Just need DEs to do, I don't know....... Something. Pressure just a little.

Hats off to Jacobs. Incredible effort. Welcome Connor as well.

That's about it without going to crazy

Is it bad that I was actually CONCERNED that we might score a TD and win a game? I've gone into acceptance mode that we'll be taking a top 5 pick. Last thing I need is us attempting to be competitive and barely missing the playoffs or something and landing a pick in the high teens again Razz

And now you guys realize why Romo had 19 interceptions last year.

(That ball was a bit over thrown though)

It was a bit too high but why did it have to be Myers. Hes garbage.

Our o-line wasnt much of an issue today. They did a reasonable job. Now that could be due because we're going up against a decimated d-line but hey at least they looked adequate.

This team cannot catch a break ultimately.

Got my answer. 12 tackles tonight, 11 of them solo.

I think perry may have coached his lady game-- or Gilbride as well. giants don't play for a while. Maybe spans gets a call to see what he can do the rest of the season but one way or another I see some change happening in the next coming days. Too much talent on the D-line to not be Able to pressure.
Fewell needs to go now.
Bright spot was Beason.

I thought your OL played great. Jacobs was running like it was 2007 again. Let's be honest... Too much Eli to overcome.

Coughlin getting all stand off-ish with reporters. You know what we want Coughlin? We want your team to win a game. I don't care how you do it. Just win ONE GAME. And don't come back at them with "well what do you want me to do?". They don't know. They aren't the effing head coach.

Let me give you my personal opinion, on what I think has happened.
It all started with the release of the coke machine in Brandon Jacobs.

I thought he was great. Good range has definitely lost a step though. Put in massive effort. Was targeted by oline men later in the game with some very poor obvious holds that weren't called. He seemed to be around the ball. Had some blitzs that were pretty much non existent. But for a guy that's played very little in 3 years and been on the team for 9 days..... Awesome

Good to know I'm not the only one who was concerned about us winning Smile

Yea I was impressed with Beason very much last night. And seeing Jacobs in 2007 form was quite refreshing. Made me remember why I loved the big guy. If only he would have continue to run like that after he got hurt instead of the twinkle toe dancing in the backfield. He was a man on a mission last night and I applaud the effort. In the end though I am glad we lost. There just isn't any point to winning any games at this point.

Yep they played well. Eli is the QB so he has to be responsible but Eli is the reason why we're in this mess. This game wasnt a case of him trying to hard. Thats not it. The 3rd pick was inaccuracy and the first 2 looked like miscommunications especially the pick 6.

Jacobs was not in 2007 form. I've never seen him run with the fire he had last night. Dude was on a mission. I don't think there was one run where he went down on first contact. He was hitting the hole and fighting for every inch. Everyone called him "twinkle toes" his last couple of years here but even in his prime he seemed to go down easily on shoestring tackles. Not last night. Dude was punishing people at the LOS and making it to the second level consistently. I've been critical of Jacobs the last few years but I feel sorry for him after putting all that effort in and having his team let him down the way they did.
