Soo excited for the Neblett signing. Was he a four year starter at Temple? Of course! Was he a team captain? Of Course! Was he not very good? Of course! Side note, I feel like Temple is going to be the new Rutgers.

In reality Ill wait to pass judgement until he is seen on the field.

Not finding any sort of back-up for Wilfork seems to be one of the more questionable personnel decisions of the off-season and it's come back to burn us.
In that regard, it would have been nice to know that Kyle Love had diabetes before the draft and free agency. They went into the draft with Wilfork, Kelly, Love, Deaderick, and Armstead. They could be without all of them this weekend, and will definitely be without four of the five.

Yeah fair, even so they could have looked to upgrade Love who was patchy at best. Roy Miller, Aubrayo Franklin, Pat Sims and Terrance Knighton were all available for modest contracts in Free Agency after Love was cut. Outside of Wilfork, we just haven't been willing to spend any money on the position.

We can sign Andre Neblett, apparently.

Mostly a tongue in cheek reference to what some perceive as typical "checklist" for a pats signing. I thought his relative anonymity lent itself to this type of post... obviously my b.

Although Im a bit surprised you didnt really understand any of it considering some of the ridiculousness around here at times.

That said, hopefully hes got some good technique and strength because he seems a touch light.

You aren't even the top Temple haven in the division. Muhammad Wilkerson and Joe Klecko both went to Temple.

Well that's pointless. I guess Neblett wasn't picking up the scheme quickly enough or suffered some minor injury.

Forston is pretty useless, so I'm not expecting him to improve over Jones/Vellano

I just want to take a big dump when I think about our DT position right now.

Neblett was cut today. Hopefully good news for Kelly or Armstead.
