Bring him back TT!! He understood the offense and had a great relationship with AR. A smart back-up QB that gets the game is a great get, while he may not have the physical skills, he was great with the headset and communicating with Aaron.

Jaguars better sign him in the offseason when they draft Teddy. I want some of that good mojo he brings to QBs.

Word.

1. Keep Henne, sign Flynn.

2. Do what you always do to Henne and keep him lower on the DC than a guy he is better than. So QB3.

3. Tell Flynn he'll probably start

4. Pick Teddy and make him QB2.

5. ???

6. Profit
Henne is a Free Agent, he's gone. Not getting into the other stuff re: him though.

I doubt we do though. Gus had a good look at him in Seattle, he apparently wasn't amused. We might even double draft.

Back to Flynn though, I can't envision a scenario where he is brought in to be a starter again. Regardless of how good Wilson and Pryor has been, he's lost both jobs that were all but handed to him.

I don't think that qualifier is necessary.

But really, he might have made a better fist of things in Oakland if they had a half-decent O-line for him to play behind. As it was, Pryor was the smart choice because of his mobility, and now he's proving that he's actually a capable QB, if you play to his strengths.

You can feel bad for someone who made 14million scratching his butt on the sidelines?

I like Matt Flynn. I did think it was funny when people really thought he was a capable starting QB in the league though.

I'll just say it....With how brutal the Raiders Oline is...

There's one guy out there...well besides Vince Young....who would be an ideal fit to backing up Pryor...

His name rhymes with elbow.

I may be in the minority in Packerland but I don't want him back right now. No offense to Raider fans but if he couldn't make it in Oakland... I saw some of his 'highlights' and he didn't look so hot. With Clay going under the knife another backup QB isn't a big need for us right now.

Yeah, I was mainly being facetious. Laughing

Wilson was good in OTAs but bad in TC. So Matt McGloin ate his lunch and stole his roster spot. Wilson is on the PS.

Odd timing. They still have to pay him all of his money for the season?

Would love him back in Green Bay.

Reggie has been very hit and miss with player acquisitions and hirings. Picking up Roach, Burnett, the late round WR steals, hiring Sporano and afew others have all been great for us. But the Flynn trade and the Kanpp hiring were dreadful.

Even the idea of Flynn netting the Packers a first or second round pick is just amusing. That team would have gotten a terrible deal, Kevin Kolb all over again.

Flynn should sign a modest 3 year contract with the Packers, and he will be set. he gets a comfy backup job behind an elite QB and the Packers dont need to worry about the QB2 position again.
