I'd give Vick a C+ - his faults are clear to see. If he was consistent enough, he could throw receivers open.

Peyton Manning couldn't throw these WR open nor make them actually catch the ball. At some point the Recievers have to be held accountable.

Actually, he probably could. Brady's managing to do more with even less.

First look at the two names you guys are citing, Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

Yeah it's easy to knock Vick when you compare him to two of the greatest QBs of all-time

Secondly, yes Brady doesn't have great weapons this year but his numbers have also been down because of it. Vick for the first time ever over a 4 game span has a higher passer rating than Tom Brady. He also has the same number of total touchdowns and more total yards than Brady at this point.

The Patriots are 4-0 because they actually have a DEFENSE. The Patriots are 2-2 AT BEST if their defense was anywhere near as bad as the Eagles

But on the contrary their defense has been lights out and the best it's looked since the 2001-04 Super Bowl years

What worries me is that the problems we've had the last couple of years are still here - inconsistency at the QB position, breakdowns in protection, receivers not winning one on one battles, penalties and failures in the redzone.

What has really changed from the last couple of years? Nothing really - McCoy is churning the yards, we're putting up loads of yards both in the air and on the ground, but we're not converting those into points.

As of now the Broncos are #3 in dropped passes and the Patriots are #5.

Eagles are #16.

I would have thought that we would be much closer to the top. Interesting. Still, the Pats are only 2 drops off from being tied for the most. Their first two weeks of the season was brutal.
