He inherited Rex Grossman.

Again, if he got here, the hope is hand picking his first QB.

If we got a new coach I would not mind seeing Jim Caldwell take over. I don't mind having anyone that coached under Tony.

Same. Lost his job without a qb.

Eric DeCosta is not leaving Baltimore. He is the GM in waiting in Baltimore.

What about Whisenhunt?

Experienced coach
Offense mind
Seems to be doing a good job with Rivers (although that might be Mike McCoy, man I wish we got him)

Only thing I am not sure on is he set on having a 3-4 defense?

Whiz is not the answer at HC. You guys need someone who knows how to find and work with a QB. Whiz's track record in AZ shows he cannot do that.

Kevin Sumlin reminds me of Mike Tomlin. A tough playera coach. I'm noy sure if I'm ready for another college coach

The Glazers better just find their top 1 and 2 guys (top potential GMs in the league) and throw a jaw dropping amount of money at him to get him in Tampa. HC search and player adds all goes through the GM and we better find a good one if we want to win a Super Bowl in the next few years with the players we have.

Sumlin would be cool but idk if he knows many NFL coaches and that could be a problem. Other than that I think he would be good.
I think we need an offensive mind. Maybe we get Macado from GB as our OC? That would be solid! They can't block him forever or he is gonna start getting pissed at the Packers organization.

Everything is kinda horrible here

Dislike the coaching options

Disklike Cutting Penn and Joseph

Dislike your all those draft picks
