ive seen a handful of mock drafts having him go as a mid-late first rounder. is it because of his size? dude is a beast and easily a top 10 pick.

btw im curious, what are your thoughts on him?

They are right, I think he's a mid-late 1st round pick (Depending on who declares). Could be in the 10-15 range if it's a weak class.

That being said if he goes to a team like the Patriots, watch out. But in most offenses he'll be a good but not elite receiver. More in a Victor Cruz kind of way than a Megatron, Andre Johnson type of way.

So I'm not necessarily criticizing him because I have a lot of respect for Victor Cruz but when you're having a top 5 top 10 WR debates, Cruz rarely is involved...

I hope not, he'll sustain an injury doing stuff like that.

Watkins is a much better pro prospect than Lee is.

My opinion been consistent since his hype train started rolling. I personally don't see a top twenty pick, much less a top ten one. That said, it only takes one GM to fall in love with a prospect and make a mistake.

To me Lee's ceiling is Marvin Harrison 2.0. His game reminds me of Harrison's in many respects, route running, explosiveness, softness, etc.. There are two aspects of Lee's game which I hate though, namely he has suspect hands, and he plays with an incredible lack of toughness, physical and mental. Those two knacks alone drop him to the end of round 1 if not round 2 for me.

Feel he's a mid-late first round pick, this offense is dysfunctional and with the firing of Kiffin I don't see much more positivity for Lee this year.(Or things could turn more positive probably.Laughing)

But he's gonna be a steal I think, hope the Chiefs draft him.

Yes he is. This guy was the best player in football last year.

That's subjective, but it still has absolutely nothing to do with his pro prospects.

Lee has the physical tools and he's produced on the field. Also handled himself like a pro throughout a nightmarish season. So physical-gifts/results/intangibles are all there.

Marquise Lee is a very good player. His stock right now is probably a mid to late first rounder which is great value for a team drafting him there and for his career. He runs crisp routes and has very good play making ability. As a prospect, he's not too far off of Justin Blackmon without risk of being over drafted based on the offense he's currently in.

I'm very impressed with what's he's doing with garbage all around him. He is definitely the best WR on the board. I agree with whoever said Marvin Harrison potential, people just don't know yet..I can see him having an AJ Green type of rookie year and just jaw dropping non believers. People said the same thing about Green but now he's a top 5 receiver.

He could be the next Marvin Harrison if he gets to play with a Peyton Manning.

He's going to be a middle of the pack 1st rounder, I think he has a great pro career ahead of him.

He's not being slept on, GM's and Scouts know the external factors for his lack of production, he will still be a top 10 player IMO
