No one else put up a gameday thread, so I guess I will.

Matthew Stafford vs RGIII?

Ndamukong Suh vs Brian Orakpo?

Lions win?

Sweet time to bury Week 2 GDT>

Sucks I will be somewhere between Vegas and Cali at kickoff. The Redskins first half defenses half been shredded to pieces.

Hopefully Calvin tears them up

The Lions have never won in Washington.

They are 0-21 all time in Washington IIRC.

Hopefully that will change this week. Laughing

Won't be able to watch this game, but I like our chances more than against Arizona. I'm aware we haven't won in Washington in forever, but I like this matchup for us. Their secondary has zero chance against Calvin, who should have a field day. I said it before, if Bush can't go, we need to see Calvin get somewhere around 20 targets against this defense. Calvin's shown he can take over and single-handedly win games for us, so why not try that against what looks to be an anemic secondary?

I don't know what to think of their offense vs. our defense. RG3 hasn't been himself obviously, but with our luck, that might all change this week and he'll start using his legs more and revert to 2012 form. Hopefully we get Fairley back this week, he'd be huge in limiting Morris.

Again, I said I like our chances better than last week, but never said we'll win. Until we prove we can win in Washington, you have to give the edge to the Skins.

Redskins D dead last at allowing 500 plus yards per game.

2nd to last allowing over 35 pts per.

3rd to last in allowing 503 yards to WR in 2 games.

Opposing QBs 683 yards/6 TD/0 INT while completing 73% of passes.

If this does not solve some offense woes I do not know what will

We should put up some points in this one. I just hope we use bush right.. no need to be pounding him up the middle or anything. I also expect to see fauria a lot in this one or atleast we should. Their middle looks soft.

High scorer... Lions are gonna win there this time... 40-34

i am here to tell you Lion fans you guys have ZERO chance.....that is zero chance of us scoring any points in the 1st half (hell we have not done that yet and your D is much better than both the Eagles and GB).

Right now as a team we are in the rust business. We are trying to knock of RGIII's rust, Morris rust, the damn secondary rust, special teams rust, hell there is only so much rust one can knock off.

Your best chance ever to win in DC...no lie.

I thought the cardinals were an easy win and it turns out I was wrong. This may be another close game if the injuries to fairley and bush keep our star defensive player and most explosive offensive weapon, respectively, sidelined for this week. Fairley being out was a HUGE reason the cardinals were able to run the balll effectively and it was a huge reason why palmer didn't get sacked more often. Everyone already knows what happens when Bush is out of the line-up...

If RGIII runs I do not like this matchup. If they let him sit back there and force him to be something he is not I like it

I totally disagree! I promise you will score points in the first half. You will return a kick for a TD and block our FG attempt and return it for a TD. There is a real good change that Stafford will throw an interception which will be returned for a TD. I predict Washington 21 - 0 at halftime. Lions will make a heroic comeback attempt only to fall 21 - 20 in the end.

Green Akers will miss the extra points from the 17 yard line and the remaining Lions fans will be clamoring for Kickalicious!

Don't fret we're on our way!!!!!!!!!!!! Crying or Very sad
