It is always nice to watch the Broncos against any opponent but over the last year and a half, I somehow have become a bit conceited regarding NFL games. Who was really into this game vs the Raiders? We dominated them and that was that. Next.

Concerning particular players, I really like how penetrating Vickerson has become. He has always been appreciated in this forum but man, he is splitting the gaps like crazy this season. Knighton has been progressing, too, and on top of that seems to get bigger by the week. What a broad man. I have come to love watching Webster. So fluid and fast, not afraid to be physical. One can see that he may turn out to be one of those under-the-radar type draft selections of the mid rounds who turns into an all pro after a couple of seasons, seemingly coming out of nowhere.

To your first point, I understand what you are saying, but for me personally, any Oakland game is just bitter. I hate the Raiders. Honestly, up until yesterday, I have never had as much disdain for a team as I do towards Oakland.

(Not football related, but the Los Angeles Dodgers have now planted themselves there, although that's been brewing for awhile)

So yeah, no matter how bad they are, or how good we are, that game will always mean a lot to me.

Up until yesterday? So have the Raiders become more likeable or am I misunderstanding something? Anyways... yeah, what the Raiders are for you are the Chiefs to me. As a nice little cherry on top, they are actually competitive this year, so that will provide an extra spark to my anticipation of week 11 and my hatred for KC. There is nothing better than beating the Chiefs or seeing them lose. In terms of of out of divison hatred for a team, I am so happy that the Steelers suck this year. German schadenfreude at its finest.

Oh no, I still hate the Raiders. Yesterday some Dodgers related news happened that angered me as a Diamondbacks fan, and now they have firmly entrenched themselves as my #1.

Out of division for me? Baltimore. Not even a question.

My list of hatred:

1. Patriots. Forever and always

2. Chiefs
3. Raiders

4. Chargers - It's hard to hate them because they are just so soft. They are like that dude that is a huge tool. You can't really hate him, you just have no respect for him.

5. Baltimore

I always have the bitter disdain for San Diego because when I came into the NFL, they were the ones beating down on us every year. The 55-21(Cutler and Shanny's last game) was a particularly sore one, and that was my first season.

I also really hate the Cowboys, Packers, 49ers and the Patriots.

LOL. same list, except I'd switch the Chargers with the Texans.

Watching some of the coaches film on the Raiders game - Knighton and Vickerson keep Woodyard and Trevathan clean and allow them to make plays. Those two big guys command the 3 interior offensive lineman to maintain their blocks and they rarely got to the second level to get on the Kentucky 'backers.

This week with Philly, Knighton and Vickerson will need to occupy Mathis-Kelce-Herremans and let the speedy linebackers attack the rush. McCoy has made his best runs up the middle this year, so we'll need the core to step up.

Curious how Unrein and Sly are holding up their end of the rotation.

Sly has been poor; a total non factor although this won't surprise anyone who watched the preseason with any detail.

Yeah I thought that was such a great pick when we made it too but now it looks like he's rapidly descending towards bust status.
