First off, I hope Kerry Taylor stays up. He seems like a competent receiver who is a good teammate and I don't like having only 4 receivers.

We could see Ryan Williams or Alfonso Smith cut after week 4 to be honest. If Ellington keeps improving (Taylor is a lock too), then we could see one of them cut. Smith really hasn't done much with his chances yet. I hope to see Ryan Williams active next week over Smith or Taylor.

I want to say Kory Sperry because I just think he's a body at TE but we NEED 4 TE in this system.

I could see an olinemen because we have 10 on the roster but Massie would be the odd man out in that system and it sounds crazy as I type it.

Okafor is in active but he is a 4th rounder like Watford.

Williams is my guess but I am hoping it is Smith.

Williams or Massie.

I think Winston gets long term deal at the end of the year and becasue him and Massie both only play RT makes Massie odd man out.

Williams does not play special team and they all ready tried to trade him once.

Once Housler gets back we won't need one of Brown or Taylor. Doubt Smith gets cut because of special teams. Has the backup center (whoever he is) been active on gamedays?

Yes he has. We seriously need one of our backup guards or whoever to learn that position because having a guy who will just backup that one position on gameday is just wasteful. It's the same reason Massie isn't active. On gameday, if he's not starting, he doesn't bring a lot of value to that particular game.

Forgot about him.

Can Colledge play center?

With Richardson traded, maybe we trade Williams to the Browns for a later rounder.

Can I ask something? I seem to remember that last year, on this very forum, people were awfully high on Bobby Massie. He got off to a rough start with the pass blocking, but then, for the rest of the year- according to what I read here- he was supposed to be very solid, and a potential star. There were lot of stats quoted in support of him.

Now, he's been beaten out by Eric Winston- and there's talk of him being cut?
I get it, that he's pretty much just a RT. But, if he were as good as everyone claimed he was in his rookie year, would there be talk of him getting cut?

What happened?

I personally see no way of Massie being cut but that's just me

Yeah he's not being cut. Not sure why some think he would be.
