As I said on ATL: Broncos LT Ryan Clady could miss a few weeks with a lisfranc sprain -- or more. There's a fear his season could be over.

This is potentially devastating if Clady misses any significant time. We all saw how different the OL looked in the preseason when Clady wasn't on the field. Hopefully this won't keep him out for anything more than just the Raiders game a week from tonight.

Luckily the only good pass rusher we face in the next few weeks is Ware, so if we do sit him we should be able to be ok on offense.

Clady injured his foot when Chris Canty was TOSSED by Beadles/Ramirez onto Clady during a stretch run play:

Schefter just wrote that Clady is going to be out at least for a few weeks. I am on the cell and had it in my Facebook feed so no source.

Well, obviously we don't want to see him miss any appreciable amount of time, but truthfully I didn't think he looked all that great so far this year. He's better than Clark but maybe this will give his shoulder time to heal as well?

Sucks though, he's obviously a premier player on the team. I'm guessing he'll miss a week or two.

He'll be affected by it even after he's back. These don't go away, they tend to linger, or so it has seemed with others around the league.

Grim ... I think devastating is a stretch. Manning moves as well in the pocket as pretty much any QB in NFL history. Clark can physically hold up, he just plays way too high. Hopefully Play Action will protect him enough.

We might run more two TE sets now to help Clark and Franklin.

LisFranc injuries can get finicky. I hope the team doesnt rush him back and he re-injures it. Take the necessary time to get him healthy for the playoffs.
