THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL 8:25 PM

The once revered leader of the Order, Jedi Reid, exposed not even a year ago, makes his come-back with an undefeated Kansas City team. Kansas City, as you may be aware, is NOT in Kansas, this is just one of many tricks "Jedi" Reid has up his XXXXXXL sleeve.

EXPOSED IN PHILADELPHIA!

It's Kansas City and Philadelphia, with a combined win total of SIX in 2012, who cares, it's Reid, he's back, it's Chip, he's hip, and we're on the national stage for THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!

VS

Discuss.

If Earl Wolff was ready, the Eagles would undoubtedly make the switch. Allen has been among the worst safeties in the league through his four NFL seasons. However, Wolff -- a fifth-round rookie -- just isn't "ready to go the whole way," according to coach Chip Kelly.

Wolff better understand that he's in position to taking the starting spot very, very easily. He better be living at the Novacare complex, sleeping there, the first to be in the gym, and the last out. He better be staying after practice and getting extra work with whomever he can, if the receivers are working on their hands, he better jump in there and just do it.

If he can't take the job from Nate Allen at any point in the season, that's really bad news for him, the Eagles, and for us.

What's more satisfying, beating Andy with Chip but not making the playoffs or losing to Andy and making the playoffs with a 9-7 record?

Probably the second one, but some might answer differently.

*Remember, the only other chance to beat Reid is in 4 years and that is assuming he's still in the NFL and still with the Chiefs in 4 years.

I would include WR too.

Depends on Maclin for me, how he recovers, whether he stays.

I wonder how the OL coach that came from Bama feels about running this spread cutesy scheme?

Or how the defensive position coaches feel about Davis being DC?

As far as the game, AR has a good Defense and a QB who doesn't make many mistakes. I expect another tough one

20-17

Also I'd rather beat Andy this yr than make the playoffs I would hate to be 1 & done because we're further away from the CHIP then we'd assume to be.

I'd rather beat Reid and miss playoffs. I'm really, really not thinking playoffs this year. I don't even want to go there. Let's just work out the kinks this year and continue with the overhaul. We have a lot of work to do on the defensive side.

It reminds me of 2008, when Matt Cassel started when Brady went down... i wanted to win as many games as possible but i didn't want to make the playoffs without Brady because a) i knew we won't win the SB anyway, b) the loss will hurt the winning % of Belichick and c) just in case Cassel does win [which of course is doubtful] it will take a bit of Brady's accomplishments.

So we went 11-5 and missing the playoffs anyway, worked out pretty perfectly.

He would have posted that gif of Tyson Jackson showing his butt crack but that's not FF-allowed.
