What if the browns want bradford and we get the colts pick that was traded to them for him. Take teddy and still have our own 1st rounder and colts.
I don't see us getting a number 1 for a guy coming off an acl tear.

Were not trading Bradford

Who we need to draft is Sammy Watkins. That kid is a stud and would be such an upgrade at WR, Tavon would benefit from his presence as well.

Meh, don't get me wrong, I love Sammy Watkins....I just don't think the Rams go that route again. Our WR core should be good enough to win, and unlike a lot of fans, the Rams actually still believe that they have a #1 type WR in Brian Quick. Right or wrong, we should find out next year.

I think a Trade down or Jake Matthews would be their best move at the moment.

In my opinion if it ended like today as is, we will definitely keep Bradford, especially if Schotty is kept next season; which I think is likely since he's gotten good production out of Stacy since Bradfords injury as well as the wrinkles added for Tavon lately.

I think if we end with a top 3 pick we take the best available of Matthews/Clowney. Matthews gives us an elite T prospect, but we don't necessarily need that with Barksdale stepping up and Long being more than adequate. I think we retain Saffold at OG, so the best pick at 2 if we don't trade down would be Clowney. Fisher loves his Dlineman and Clowney is a once in a generation freak athlete comparable to Calvin at the rush position. We have the perfect situation for him quite similar to what JPP was allowed in NY, Long and Quinn can man the run downs until Clowney gets up to speed on the NFL run game; allowing Long to serve his worth throughout his contract and can move Long inside on passing downs with Brock, and Quinn/Clowney manning the outside. I'm not sure the league has seen a 4 man rush with that much upside since the Fearsome Foursome.

Since tonight's game has no bearing on our draft position, here's next week's group of teams we are rooting for.

Houston (2-10) @ Jacksonville (3-9)
Atlanta (3-9) @ Green Bay (5-6-1)
Cleveland (4-8) @ New England (9-3)
Oakland (4-8) @ New York Jets (5-7)
Miami (6-6) @ Pittsburgh (5-7)
Buffalo (4-8) @ Tampa Bay (3-9)
Kansas City (9-3) @ Washington (3-9)
Minnesota (3-8-1) @ Baltimore (6-6)
Tennessee (5-7) @ Denver (10-2)
New York Giants (5-7) @ San Diego (5-7)
Dallas (7-5) @ Chicago (6-6)

No affect on draft status: IND/CIN, DET/PHI, SEA/SF, CAR/NO

Sets up to be a really nice weekend. Washington draws Kansas City after a loss, so I like where we sit there. Obviously JAX/HOU has to produce a winner, which is good either way but if Houston wins it could be massive. In addition, if Aaron Rodgers doesn't play for GB, ATL has a a winnable game. BUF/TB has to produce a winner, which is good either way but obviously TB getting a 4th win would be really big for us. PIT gets a winnable game against Miami at home, and OAK/NYJ plus SD/NYG have good outcomes for us regardless of who wins.

If we want a WR, draft Mike Evans. How can we complain about drops and then take Sammy Dropkins? If you want to fix the drop problems, draft a sure-handed WR.

Getting back to Vincent Jackson, if I'm not mistaken but he
Didn't do to much in San Diego his first 2 years , Brian Quick
Deserves another year, before we try to part ways with him.

Well we could have a new band in town. "Sammy and The Drops" Brandon Gibson on the drums and Mardy Gilyard on bass.

Would you guys be mad if we did indeed get the #1 overall pick and we didn't trade down but instead took Jake Matthews with it?

I doubt that happens, I'm just asking.

I might be a little aggravated to be completely honest.

As much as I love Jake Matthews, if we end up with the #1 overall pick we could land an even bigger ransom package than we did in 2012...

Can't pass on that and what it could do for this franchise...

Predictions for this weeks skins game??

The Chiefs have had a tough few games against very good teams. i hope this is the week they bounce back. Defensively, I hope they shut down the skins like the niners did. i think the skins offense however is gaining momentum and will be tough to stop

Redskins- 24
Chiefs- 31

I think it all depends on if the chiefs can get a pass rush. They haven't been able to get to the QB lately and the giants did a good job in the 2nd half last week which played a big part into the decision. But I think Alex smith plays good again and Jamal Charles tears them up I say 28-20 chiefs
