Georgia RB Gurley has been fun to watch today against South Carolina. Dude runs with power.

Been a real good game in general.

I think he'll end up as the best RB prospect since Reggie Bush.

you'd take Gurley over Yeldon

Yes.

Ok but would you take Yeldon on this team
Yeldon is probably the worst of the past 4 Bama backs.

Anyway, Georgia can [inappropriate/removed] themselves.

I think he's better than Lacy and Ingram

Did you forget Ingram won the Heisman?

No I didn't but Yeldon has that game breaking speed

Ingram is a 2 down back, hell a 1 down guy now in the new NFL

Ingram still could be a good back.

I don't understand why Lacy gets so much hate here. I think he's incredible and he's going to be a great back for Green Bay.

EDIT: I'm gonna go bigger than that. He'll take Rookie of the year honors.

All of those plays will surely flash but none of them will have a big enough role THIS season to earn that award.

Lacy has incredible balance and runs with power. He's not slow and has surprising lateral movement for his size. He's really a great fit for that Packer offense and I truly believe in him.

he's good and will be effective but Tavon will be the Rams offense and Bernard will likely have more explosive plays in Cincinnati

I still don't think Tavon is going to be a dominant player. He'll probably have about 600 yards and 4 TDs this season, and definitely some good returns. Chris Givens is going to be big for the Rams this year.

Bernard isn't going to have close to the number of touches that Lacy gets even if he does have a few more "explosive" plays.

Patterson is the only player I could see beating out Lacy if everyone stays healthy. It all depends on how willing the Vikings are to force him the ball since it won't likely be easy to get him involved with just traditional WR routes.

the Rams would be foolish to not feature Tavon, Schotty isn't that inept

Bernard will likely take over the starting role in Cincy and make more of an impact than Lacy because he has Rodgers and they are a pass first, pass second team. Lacy will be crucial in November and December for Green Bay

Patterson has Ponder playing QB so that will hurt him

Just watched the week one game with Texas A&M and Rice. Man that kid Charles Ross from Rice runs with a ton of power and he seemed to push for 3 or 4 extra yards on every play. Would love him as a goal line back. He's 6'1 235 lbs. He's so talented as a runner but its so sad because he can't be an every down back in the NFL.
