@BryanBroaddus: “@bw9450: @BryanBroaddus with Bass injury. Can Rayford play inside?” Might be able to use him at nickel DT. Has some juice. _________________ "Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyways" - John Wayne |

This is getting ridiculous. Maybe Lett can be convinced to come out of retirement. _________________

Ware and hatcher seem pretty confident about the guys they are going into the game with.
Both made some pretty strong remarks in defense of their guys in the last couple of days. |

I like Cohen in the pre-season. Not a pro bowler but for this kind of thing, depth he will do. Sure I want a dominate DT too. But I'm not ready to throw in the towel on the DL unit. They have done what they could to build on it with all these injuries. Yes, yes, yes I know draft DL but we didn't so move on and support the guys we got.
I'm not saying to not be worried but damn, lets see them give up 300 yards rushing with no push of the pocket in the passing game before we start screaming disaster. My bigger worry is Spencer not playing over anything else.
DE- Ware, Rayford
DT- Hatcher, Bass, Cohen
DT- Ratliff, Hayden, Cohen
DE- Spencer, Selvie
Not THAT bad once we get healthy. Show me any team that loses 2 starters and 2 two top back ups to injury (Crawford included) and don't become a little thing as a unit. _________________

Problem is...we aren't. Bass is out for 2-4 weeks. The earliest we see ratliff is week 7. Spencer is out at least this sunday. We need depth at DT. We aren't going to be ok with Hatcher, Hayden, and Cohen at DT for 2-4 weeks. |

I think we'll be just fine with that for 2-4 weeks actually... But we sure don't want to keep losing them.
Good to see long back, I actually liked him the most out of all the cut players, including Moore. |

It's not giants v cowboys without each team screaming about their injuries after they lose. _________________

Well, of course they will say they are proud of the guys they will be playing with despite injuries and depth chart orders.
Both guys are class acts who will say the right things to the media, and aren't going to toss their teammates under a bus as the expression goes _________________
