Significant news: The Rams cut LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar today from the suspended list.

Big news because Dunbar is actually a very good LB, he was suspended for 4 games by the NFL a few weeks ago.

First thing that comes to mind is did he fail another test?

So we now have JL, Spoon and four rookies, three of which are UDFA.

Love what Ray-Ray did in preseason hope it carries over to the regular season.

With Dunbar released, his $1.3 million salary is wiped off the books, although he was already losing over $300,000 during the suspension. The remaining $994,000 won't count against the Rams' salary cap, although they will be charged $500,000 for the proration from the $1 million signing bonus he received in 2012. The Rams are also subject to a fine of about $102,000 because Dunbar was the team's third player suspended in this calendar year.

Ah Bates, thought so. Wanted to ask instead just get it wrong. Ray Ray looked good , gets eaten by blocks a bit I was noticing but hey, gotta start somewhere. Watch Seattle or San Fran pick him up

Makes sense but boy did it catch me by surprise. Jo Lon had a good year for us last year. I wonder where he will end up.

ughh...I thought my phone was messing up when I saw my Team Stream notification that he'd been cut. Thought surely this can't be right. Either Fisher thinks Ray-Ray is our future at the position or Dunbar did something else stupid we will soon find out about. Or possibly both.

Ray-Ray might have a bigger impact than most of us thought. Is it too late to adopt a ram him? lol
