I think we've just about seen every different mock draft scenario the Titans could take come draft day, and I'm finding myself bored of assessing the same prospects. With that said, I thought it would be fun to hold a friendly Titania competition to see who the forums best draft analyst is. If anything, it'll serve as a time killer for anyone who's bored, force you to learn a little more about prospects you haven't paid attention to, and give one lucky poster bragging rights for the year.

For those interested, the rules are pretty simple. Post your full 1st round mock draft here anytime before the start of the NFL draft on May 8th. Any mocks that come in after 8pm won't be considered. You'll get 5 points for a correct pick, and 1 point for correctly identifying the position of the player drafted even if you get the player incorrect. Obviously, no points for wrong player, wrong position. Tie breaker will be how long the 1st round lasts, so be sure to include that at the end of your mock. Good luck!!

And now, I'll go ahead and kick things off..

1. Houston Texans - DE Jadeveon Clowney, South Carolina
2. St. Louis Rams - OT Jake Matthews, Texas A&M
3. Jacksonville Jaguars - WR Sammy Watkins, Clemson
4. Cleveland Browns - WR Mike Evans, Texas A&M

I need more time to decide.

I'd also be incredibly infuriated if we pass up on Manziel.

You and me both dude, although I just can't see a QB being the pick, which is why I went with Barr for the sake of the competition. I spent a lot of time last week looking at the top 7 or 8 QBs in the draft and from my evaluations, Manziel is at the top of the class. Plainly put, he's the ONLY QB that we could draft in the 1st round that won't force me to throw my TV out the window.

We thought we should go after another big WR to replace Britt, and Hunter's trying to grant our wish. Kudos to his efforts. I hope it pays off for both him and us.

If we try to predict trades (is that even allowed)... does the draft position or team take precedence?

For example. If I were to say:

1. Houston - Clowney
2. Browns - Manziel
3. Jaguars - Bortles
4. St. Louis - Robinson

etc...

Come draft, the Rams stay at 2 after all... and they select Robinson.

Do I get credit because I said the Rams would take Robinson (eventhough it was at 4)?

Or would I receive no credit because I chose Manziel to go #2 overall?

No draft trade scenarios. If trades do happen (will happen) you'll still get points for getting the player and/or position for that specific pick even if it isn't the team that was originally slated to pick there in your mock.

For those that are entering a mock tonight, don't forget to add the first round duration to your post as that will serve as the tiebreaker. All mocks have to be in and finalized before 8pm. Any edited or late mocks after 8pm won't be accepted.
