Rewatched the game and picked up on something that I did not notice during all the excitement of the live broadcast last night: Gase really pushed the pace. It was pretty close to the speed and urgency of an Autobahn left lane tailgate passing maneuver with the left indicator on, doing flashes while going 173 mph. Our hurry-up usually lead to the ball being snapped with around 20 seconds to go, replicating what the Pats did to us last year at Foxborough. Refreshing after the lethargic play-calling of McCoy the last couple of years.

I noticed this too. Well, it was hard not to with Collinsworth raving about the pace, but its so welcome. Every coordinator that has this job says "we'll use the altitude to our advantage and really push the pace this year." Gase is the first guy to really, I mean really, do it right. I also texted 67 this... He doesn't seem the type to take his foot off the gas, which I love. Last night he started to with the three and out of runs when we were up 20+ leading to a 3 and out. Next possession realized his error, and went right back to throwing. I was very pleased with the coordinators last night, more so than I've been with an OC since Mac's first few games.

See, the German US sports channel had problems providing the original commentary. The German commentator was actually quite knowledgable, but did not gush about the speed like Collinsworth did. Only until I had rewachted via GamePass, I noticed Gase's impersonation of Sean Payton.

Holy moley do we have a complete team. Our DL is probably a weakness right now, but other than RB, we are at least above average at every position, while probably having the best set of CBs, WRs, and QB in the league. Damn this season is gonna be so fun.

The second-most talked about person from the game -- Bronco cheerleader Patricia Reimann.

I like the one short-haired cheerleader the best. Brunette, not as artificial and somehow interesting.

By the way, am I the only one who could rewatch and rewatch that move DT made on a bunch of Ravens to turn the corner for a long gain down the left side of the field during the 3rd quarter? The most literal switch into a higher gear I have seen in a long time.
