What do you see as the 3 biggest weaknesses or needs for this years team?

Interior swing man that can backup all three spots.

Safety depth

OLB depth.

We're set to lose James Jones, Jermichael Finley, John Kuhn, Evan Deitrich-Smith, Ryan Pickett, BJ Raji, Sam Sheilds after this season.
*Bolded players I think the Packers are likely to retain...
So, in no order...

WR, TE, C, NT, CB, OLB, QB.

I'd love to see the Packers hang onto Jones and Pickett as well. Might be possible but I think they will get paid on the open market.

Edit- If Raji doesn't become the stout NT he should be in his 5th year in the league I could see them not retaining him and resigning Pickett to be the NT.

I'm not going to say "needs" because some of this is injury related.

OL - Bulaga out, Sherrod still not healthy.
WR - Same thing in concept. Cobb and Nelson have been dinged up, Finley and Jones are FAs after this season. WR/TE is something that will NEED to be addressed this offseason
OLB - Not that there needs to be a major investment here, but other than the 2 starters, Matthews and Perry, I don't think any of the other OLBs are even worth a roster spot in the NFL.

I'd say more like #3. I'd put Nelson and Cobb ahead of James Jones.

He's a UFA after the season and the Packers generally don't pay top dollar for WRs. Jones tested the market last time, and I think he'll choose to do it this time around too.

I'd say Safety.

Either a better starting Center or a good back-up Guard.

It would sure be nice not to worry about the kicker too.

QFT, with QB depth, ILB, TE, and K right behind.

Jones never really got a big offer in his first FA. I doubt he gets a significant amount more in his 2nd near 30. Plus, if Jennings struggles, that only lowers Jones price tag. People may think Jones is a product of Rodgers.

Last time Jones was a FA, everything was potential. He had barely cracked the lineup and never really produced. This time around, he has led the entire NFL in TD catches last year, and if he's one of the top 3 WRs this year will have the numbers to justify some team paying for him.

If he ends up testing the market, I just can't see the Packers being the high offer for him this time around.

Me either. Come draft time next year, the Pack will likely be looking to restock their skill positions...they will need more there with the JJ and Jordy circumstances.

1. OLB
2. Center
3. LT/RT for depth and flexibility given Bulaga's health.

I'd argue Jordy is probably around the 30th-40th best receiver in the NFL, maybe 50th.
