Wow, DuJuan Harris is done for the year with the knee injury he sustained on Friday

This injury likely makes rookie RB Eddie Lacy an every down back for the Packers.

When Harris went for a second opinion we all knew it was bad. Sad

I wonder if now we'll keep 'em all - Lacy, Franklin, Green and Starks.

We do have a TIIT thread that I've singlehandedly been keeping resuscitated.

Well, when you have 5 RBs you like and one gets hurt, what do you do?

My thoughts exactly. He and Lacy would have been a awesome combo. Hope the bulk of the carries go to him now.

Hope the amputation goes well. Cutting on the frozen tundra with a peg leg is gonna suck.

Hopefully he will be cleared to practice for the 2037 season. I **think** that is a realistic return date.

Glass half full kind of guy I see.

No word yet on if the trainers were able to find Burnett's hamstring. Word is they lost sight of it after it exploded out of his leg. For the life of me I dont know why they cant track it by slowing the film down. I dont have much hope since 2 nights have passed. Damn wolves surely have it by now.

Obviously this sucks, but running backs are one of the easiest positions to acquire and have them play sooner rather than later. Look at Ryan Grant, Samkon Gado, Cedric Benson and even Harris. We have that #1 in Lacy and now we will just need to find that compliment. Franklin and Green will be given the first chance obviously, but help can be found.

Good thing TT drafted 2 RB's. Tough break for Harris - he is a fan favorite and a good RB.

I have a history with Harris and feel just terrible for him and his family. Not the best news for the Packers either. Could have had thunder and lightning. In terms of pure running ability I would give Harris a healthy lean on the others not named Lacy. I doubt this will be a killer in the short term. But it's a damn long season for the rookies.
