Just when we finally have some optimism heading into a season, it is yanked away just like that. It is so hard to be a Bills fan. I just hope it is nothing serious. Knowing our luck it is hard to be positive at this point. |

Week 3 of the preseason is basically a dress rehearsal for the season. This is terrible timing. EJ was probably going to play the 1st half of the game with most of our starters and key contributors. Now I don't see how we can start him week 1 with very little reps under his belt. Especially against the mad scientist that is Bill Belichick. The only way I see EJ starting is if he is 100% healthy and Kolb is awful the next two preseason games. Which is a terrible position to be in. |

We better start him even if Kolb plays well. He has done nothing but play the position correctly since we drafted him. Show him that the organization has complete confidence in him and start him even after missing the final two preseason games. Something tells me Kolb won't blow us away in these final two games anyway. _________________

He is losing a lot reps but he has also had more thus far than starting QBs usually do. _________________

Hopefully it's nothing serious.
This still sucks. Beyond words this sucks. Rookies need reps, regardless of if he's had a lot of them already, he needs all of them he can get.
Here's to a two week recovery time. _________________

he had swelling in the knee and most reports say it is probably a scope. Scopes can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Home opener is 3 weeks from tomorrow. _________________
