I actually always find sloppy games like the 4th preseason game to be entertaining. They always seem to be the most competitive too.

I probably won't get to see it, but I'll be interested to hear what happens, because I didn't get to see a lot of the reserves tonight (at least on offense).

I hope MBT plays the entire game.....and no Gerhart or Jennings. I'd make Kalil play at least a quarter (if he's healthy) as punishment for his awful penalties and play this pre-season.

Does anyone know the odds or percentage of teams that go 0-4 who make the playoffs?! Sure hope we win this! This might be a must win Wink

Actually, statistically teams that do the worst in the preseason tend to do better in the regular season. This comes from the fact that they are generally trying to work less pieces into their offense and defense so the starters don't have to play as much.

That's interesting, hopefully it works for us. It'll be refreshing once the whole first unit offense is together. And by that I mean Adrian Peterson. But I also think our first unit offense is a lot better with Felton in there as well.

Justin Hunter is going for 200 this game.

I can see it now...

You mean 200 lbs? Because he certainly would have to be to be a factor. He's been a non-factor all preseason.

Here's a chart of all winless pre-season teams and their outcomes for the season and all the undefeated pre-season teams and their outcomes for the season.

http://www.footballgeography.com/winless-in-the-nfl-preseason/

http://www.footballgeography.com/undefeated-in-the-nfl-preseason/

Pretty interesting stuff to read, actually. The 82 Redskins are the only winless pre-season team in history to win the superbowl, and that was a strike shortened 9 game season.

15 Undefeated pre-season teams have won the superbowl/NFL title game/AFL Title game/whatever the title game was at the time.

It looks like teams have a better regular season after a n undefeated than a winless one. Except the 2008 lions....

Shaun O'Hara was on ESPN earlier today saying that he remembers winning 5 preaseason games his entire time in the league.

Its just another typical radical prediction from me.

a safe bet would be saying Hunter won't be productive because he hasn't been productive the first 3 weeks (minus 1 TD).

I think this game will be different. Doubt him now!
