Yell is a cool last name...I almost wish he stuck around. It's a much more menacing name then, well, lets say...Fleming.

David Carter looked good when he got time to play these past couple years. I do not like that he got released. The rest of the cuts are not surprising.

I guess BA liked what he saw from Ronald Talley more. I was high on David Carter but he really never took any steps forward after his rookie season.

As for WR, with Taylor, Hawkins, and Thomas all cut, Jaron Brown is now going to be our #4 WR. I'm guessing we'll only carry 4 WRs then and Taylor and/or Hawkins will be headed to the PS.

Two safeties got cut which means Jefferson's chances of making the 53 just went wayyyy up.

I really never like the Kelemete pick at all. Seemed like a guy who didn't really fit and didn't have a ton of upside.

Guarentee we'll end up with a new TE. Quinn didn't last long. Jeff King shouldn't be around after having knee surgery and we will probably be carrying 4 TEs.

Housler
Dray
Jefferson
Sperry

Wouldn't be surprised to see Daniel Fells come back to the NFC West.

Padric Scott made it over Carter too. The guy played really well this preseason and has the frame of a prototypical NT. Also ran sub 5.0 40 and benched like 39 reps. Really hope he make the final squad.

Hate David Carter being let go. But when a new regime comes in, a lot of players you like from the old regime lose their jobs.

Reggie Walker saying his goodbyes on Twitter, a little surprising to see him go.
