I'd be pissed if Bajema makes it over Furstenberg, Bajema has nothing to offer to the Ravens besides mediocrity

Hall - He was one of those guys you're always pulling for. I'm not surprised he got cut given the guys ahead of him at ILB (Smith, Brown, Bynes, McClellan, McClain) but it's sad to see him go nonetheless.

It wouldn't surprise me if Hall might end up as a purple boomerang candidate if McClain isn't able to get healthy and one of our other LBers go down with injury. I mean, Smith is a beast, but their are durability concerns with him... And Brown is a smaller guy so you never know how his body might react to the increased physicality of the NFL and more games.

If Hall doesn't get picked up, he and Bajema probably look like the most likely boomerang candidates.

In terms of Clark, I think we'll see a lot more of him this next game to evaluate. I think the coaches wanted to give him one more week to prove himself before cutting him, but at this point it's Dickson and Furstenburg's job to lose. I was also pleased to see Shiancoe go even though I think I had him in my 53 man roster. Oh well.

Clark is so bad as a blocker that we may as well just put another of our mediocre WRs on the field instead.

Pretty much. Is Clark a better receiving option than one of the WRs that will be lower on the depth chart though? It's hard to say. Personally I'd rather just see Furstenburg as the #2 TE and maybe keep Bajema around as the blocking TE (or pick up somebody else like the recently released Richard Quinn).

I would easily rather see Clark in the slot than any of our current WR's not named Torrey Smith.

As a blocker, sure, there are tons better options. We could probably even see the return of having a backup lineman be a blocking TE.

The Clark of old maybe, but this current version isn't even close to that. It sounds like Stokely is going to be the main slot receiver so I'm looking at what Clark brings to the table as a complete TE and I don't think it's much. We might see more out of him in the next game but how relevant will that actually be? I doubt the Rams are going to play their starters much so this week of practice is probably going to be the biggest deciding factor (and we won't know much about that beyond possible snippets from Wilson).

Stokley? Thompson in the 3-vert formation Ozzie hinted at. Spread the field with 3 outside WRs. Swing JuiceCheck or Rice out of the backfield...

Damnit, I keep forgetting he's even on the team. Yeah, okay outside of those two.

But if we went with our traditional 2 WR 2 TE scheme, I want Clark in the slot.

Pretty sure that play really only works in NCAA Football 13 Laughing
