Out of the long list, what do you believe to be our biggest weakness thus far? Personally, I believe it to be pass protection. No time to pass. Zero. Nada. Losing Veldheer hurts us more than I ever imagined.

The sad thing is, unless some of these rookies are impact players rather quickly, how long is it going to take to field a competitive team?

I think some were excited about 2014 being rebuilt and ready to do something. But this seriously looks like another 3-4 years of building the roster. It's that talent deficient.

Surprised to see pass protection over pass rush. Don't get me wrong, pass protection and run blocking is pretty damn horrendous, especially after losing veldheer BUT the dline play and lack of pass rush is on a whole different level. Ive personally never witnessed a Raider team being so bad at rushing the passer before. We've seen worse pass blocking before, hello 2006. I think that trend is going to continue and it is going to make our secondary look like crap too, including our first round pick Hayden (can't be good for his confidence). Meanwhile Star Lotulelei is making a lot of noise in Carolina...just saying.

That's very true. I'd like to think we have 3 starters next year from this draft. (Hayden, Watson and Moore) with Houston, Roach, Branch, Veldheer, Reece, Wiz, DMC, Moore, Streater, and possibly 1-2 surprises being guys who I would be completely fine with as starters for next year. With all the money have to spend next year we should be able to get 4-5 solid starters. Add in realistically getting a starter in rounds 1 and 2 and that gives us around 18-20 guys who should be atleast average to above average.
