I never expected much from him. He won't make the first cut imo. Played pretty well as a nickel corner against the Cardinals, and never impressed after that.
That was an all time bad performance by Means. Just ugly.

Got to Wilson I believe 4 times, picked him off twice, and played the run well for the most part. Didn't see enough of the first team offense, so not much to comment on. Outside of the middle of the field being too wide open (which may be preseason scheme), I was pleased. I'm loving the DL.

I'm not too concerned about the run blocking. Harris was doing decent while Rodgers was in, and then as soon as he came out the Seahawks basically didn't even have to worry about our passing game. They were focusing on Harris/Lacy much more than Harrell. If Rodgers was back there they wouldn't be able to do that.

- 2 TDs from Wilson. Unacceptable.
- Finley had some drops. Not the best passes from Harrell, but he had 2 hands on the passes.
- Loyce Means. Thought the guy could be a project. Really bad game from him
- GVR was really poor tonight. Vs 1s or 2s, I don't care. Weak, low snaps and sub par blocking. We can't have that.

+ Vinsanity.
+ James Jones. I don't know what happened to him in 2011, but this guy has been on a mission since last year
+ Hyde. Making me look silly since they started playing.
+ DL. I thought Seattle had the best DL depth in the league...

Bonus -
None of Pete Carrol, Russell Wilson or Golden Tate are dead. Every day that is not true is a pox on the planet Earth.

I don't understand what you have against Russell Wilson...

Fakery on a Drew Brees level. Dude is overrated and lucky as hell. Can't wait until he throws 20 or so of his "touchdowns" this year. Ugly man with an ugly uniform. I love every loss he has and cannot wait until his short run is over and he falls into disgrace like other fake good QBs like Daunte Cullpepper, Donovan McNabb and Phillip Rivers have before him.

You do realize that McNabb, while trash, put up some really good #s until he left the Eagles, right?

No doubt. But he was still trash. And over time that was shown to be the case. I hope it's sooner rather than later, but Wilson is also trash. A cheating scumbag whose INTS are masked by the refs. Peyton Manning still has the rookie TD record. Wilson is a fraud.

Injuries. Hayward, B. Jones, and Harris all went down. Hayward's hamstring and Harris' knee. Not good stuff.

Wish we could escape one week without an injury. For real.

Well he had the gall to throw a hail mary like every other quarterback in football would have done in the same situation.

Anyways, is Vince Young the backup yet? He has to be right? I mean seriously, they can't go with Harrell.

The offense was difficult to evaluate as there was still a lot of shuffling. This was not a traditional 3rd week game. If Mr. Young is not the backup, I will need more blood pressure medicine this season. I loved VY in the red zone. Maybe the best way to stop the read is to run it yourself. Smile

Biggest Positive: Run Defense. It is going to be painful to make cuts in the front seven on defense! I'm sure those scouts in the stands were drooling.

Biggest Negative: Ugh, the center of the pass defense again. Seam and crossing patterns were lethal. Must get corrected!

+Hyde's name cropping up often, already been said, looks like a baby cwood around the line of scrimage.
-Hyde seems to be trailing receivers on passes.

-seem to be unable to remember the fail Mary was a ref call, Pete carrol didn't decide it was a touchdown.
+Pete carrol being classy taking knees on the goaline.

-early doors the pass rush was flying up field, Wilson flew up the field as a result.
+seemed more disciplined later.
+Day-tone looked quick off the ball, also saw him fail to beat his man early and got his head up looking for the ball or a scrambling qb, looked disciplined.

+7 point game with rodgers , nelson and Cobb essentially not playing.
