So I have been trying to find news on it but can't find anything. Omar Kelly tweeted that for a second straight day the NFL film crews were at camp and one guy had a hard knocks shirt on. There was a tweet earlier with a rumor that there could be a trade with the Bengals for Gresham. Anyone heard anything?

If this were somehow the case....what would the Phins have to give up for him?

Probably not much since the Bengals know they are going to lose Gresham at the end of the year. Maybe a pick in the 4-7 rds

More than likely we would be giving up a player we know we are going to lose next year. Starks?

Doesn't sound like Ireland to trade for a player in the final year of his contract.

Gresham is an all around TE who is an underrated blocker and a capable receiver with a big reach....IMO.

He doesn't move as well as Keller but he's a good enough receiver to be a weapon for Tannehill.

Of course not. Not without signing him to an extension as part of the deal. But that happens all the time. Then again if it's just a trade of one year deal players, then it wouldn't be the end of the world. Just wouldn't give up a high draft pick for one.

I would think a condition of the trade would be having a long term deal in place....

Then again...this isn't even rumor at this point and wouldn't hold my breath on the move...

I'd be very much okay with trading Starks for a player who can contribute NOW. We have plenty of depth at DT / DE and I'd bet a lot of money we won't be resigning him after the season anyway.
