He should.

The Oakland Raiders have so many Hall of Famers......makes me sad that I haven't seen a HOF'er in silver and black since, well, Timmy. We need a transcendent player here soon.......Ray Guy should get in. Actually, Shane Lechlar will too.

Tim Brown? He isn't in the Hall of Fame. Hopefully he'll make it in here one of these years soon.

You're right, it's just I think he gets in soon. Heisman trophy winner & he's got HOF numbers.

Then again, look at Andre Reed......that guy was great too.

Andre Reed got the reverse Lynn Swann treatment with his 0 for in the Bowl.

I find it a little ironic that a guy who is widely considered the best at using his foot in a game called football can't get into the football hall of fame for a sport requiring some players to use a foot to kick a football.

But maybe I'm putting my foot in my mouth.

Hey! HiFi good to see you!!!

And yea, it's ridiculous to me that some players don't consider punters "real" football players.

I'll try not to emulate Big Foot.

Howdy! Still figuring out who's still around from way back when. Good to see some of you have stuck around.

He better get in!

I have been an advocate for Guy in the HOF for a long long time.

This guy invented punting as we know it, the reason they keep track of punter stats is because of Ray.

He was a player that transformed a part of the game forever, he made punting well punting.

it has been 23 years already, enough of this nonsense

punters/kickers should be in the hall

Normally when these guys get to the senior committee they get in. IIRC there is a different set of voters for them. So the idiot writers that have been keeping him out for years may be out of this process.

Ray Guy and Steve Tasker would be 'shoe-ins' for the HoF if the people voting didn't have blinders on.
