please dont hurt me

p.s. the Rams would likely trade back with someone who'd jump the Buccaneers for Bridgewater and take Nix later on

But with there being a ton of potential QBs I just went with the current order

enjoy

Vikes take 2 QB's....give us a LB in the 2nd. I'm not sure what I think of Hundley yet but if he declares #5 is a good spot I guess.

A couple notes on the AFC East moves. First, I don't think the Pats can get a first for Mallet. The draft appeared weaker in 2013 than it looks like it will in 2014 and teams weren't exactly clamoring to spend a first for him then. Now he'll be down to the final year of his contract, and I just don't think they can get that much.

Also, I don't think Jairus Byrd is someone that will be available to just sign. Tagging him for a second year is still less than his asking price for a long term contract, and Buffalo isn't going to have anyone else worth considering a tag for.

Even if Byrd makes it very clear he's having nothing to do with Buffalo in 2014, Buffalo could still just negotiate a tag and trade. In that case, I think they put their foot down and say he has to leave the division.

Meachem at a vet minimum? Also Nix is a nice player but not a big need. As you said they'd likely trade down and stockpile picks but still wouldn't take Nix or another DT later on. T, FS and G are looking like their biggest needs. Sneed/Fisher seem to like to double dip in a position to turn it from a weakness to a strength. Not hard to imagine them going with 2 OL in the first 3 or 4 picks.

I know its current order but: BUC, MIN, JAX, CLE would be calling trying to move up to #1 or #2

Hundley at #5 is great, but I don't see how he is not a top 3 pick (for someone)

There is absolutely ZERO chance that Donald Butler leaves this team...just plain and simple. We've been working out a contract extension for a while.

Fred Davis is a pretty meh signing. John Phillips has been very solid for us this year, Gates will get another couple of years IMO, and we drafted LaDarius Green last year, who's looked very solid so far, so i dont think we go out and grab another OT.

As for the draft...Give me Richardson 1000x over Lewan. And i'd probably go with Melvin Gordon, possibly McCullers there.

Riley seems like a somewhat logical signing, but LB hasn't really been a weak spot for us (at least from the players that were expected to do not so good). I like the Mosely pick, he makes sense value wise. In the 2nd I'd rather have Seantrel Henderson who is a 1st round talent IMO.

Back to back QBs in the first and second with Hundley and McCarron? Really?

Nah.

Panthers will resign Hardy. Especially over letting him go to a division rival. Also don't like drafting back to back WR's if we sign Nicks.

Why do you think Buffalo is just gonna let Byrd walk ? Worse case scenario I see a tag and trade for a late 1st or 2nd.. I like the Khalil Mack pick though

Akeem Jordan is playing very well at ILB next to Derrick Johnson and we have a very promising rookie in Nico Johnson backing him up. Not dogging the Beason pick up, but just throwing that out there. I actually think Jeremy Maclin might be a possibility. I believe he is a FA after the season, could come cheap as he has a pretty long injury report, but familiarity with Reid and the area. Not to mention our need for quality WR's.

Also if we finish that well SF will get our 2nd round pick due to the Alex Smith trade.

OG is not a bad pick, other options are DE and WR.

I definitely wouldn't mind that draft. I like Anthony Johnson quite a bit. If we were also able to pick up a nice corner in rd 2 and a guy like Michael Johnson in FA it would be great.

Pretty much hate it. No need for Maclin at all. Boyd won't be anything in the NFL. Roby should be the pick because we need a CB opposite McCourty and Verner likely wont be reigned. I like Murphy but not for our defense(too small). McCullers, Perryman, Johnny Football wouldn't be a bad 2nd round pick. Bring some more swagger to the team Laughing
