Too tired for any kind of fancy post right now so I'll just make the selection.

I'll take Ryan Broyles.

Pick #22

I will select - Theo Riddick - Rookie RB - Pick #199 - Notre Dame

You can't argue with a guy from Manville, NJ

He will prove that is better than any player coming from that great Notre Dame team of last season. (Yes, that includes Manti's girlfriend)

3 weeks of Pre-Season stats: 15 rushes , 48 yards , 1 TD - 4 rec. , 23 yards , 7 targets.

He will be everyone's favorite RB by week 2!!!!! Razz

I will proudly select....

LaAdrian Waddle as my AAL!

Waddle will be the starting RT sooner rather than later and will turn some heads with his play this year.

I had to check the list of selected players twice, because I still can't believe this player is still on the board. This just furthers my belief that he is not only one of the more underrated players on the lions, but in the NFL. With that, I proudly select Chris Houston for my AAL!

Chris is a man that lines up on an island week in and week out against the opposing team's #1 receiver. While that may be a daunting task for most players in this league, Mr. Houston welcomes the task, and more times than not, succeeds. Outside of that debacle against the Falcons on MNF, Houston surrendered only 1 touchdown all season, and I fully expect that type of season to happen this year. I am truly honored to have last year's Lions defensive MVP as my AAL.

I can't believe my guy dropped all the way to here. Very Happy This guy should have been the very first pick. For he is no near mortal.... he is a god!! He doesn't just manhandle men on the field, he manhandles viruses in a lab!! Some guys might run fast, or jump high, my AAL cures CANCER*!! Shocked

LB Brandon Hepburn!!

Googled a gif for my AAL and this was the third pic so without further ado:

Two years in a row!

Deandre Levy!!!!

He was so excited to be my AAL that:

IT KNOCKED HIS BEARD CLEAN OFF!!!

INTERESTING FACT:
Quote:
“[My teammates] thought the Amazon was nuts, eating frogs and rats and piranha and stuff like that,” Levy told the Detroit News earlier this month. The team’s starting outside linebacker said he had to catch the jungle rodent with a spear during his trip in the rainforest.

Well, until Hepburn gets called up to replace *insert scrub LBer here*, I'm going to adopt a second Lion player.

After looking it over, I can't believe such a staple of our team wasn't shown any love. Sad

So my Adopt-A-Lion/Remixed is *drumroll*

STEPHEN TULLOCH!!

Bumping to update my AAL Matthew Stafford.

Heading into Monday Night Stafford sits

-2836 Yards (4th)

-61.4 % (14th but 6 of those ahead have under 300 attempts)

-Yards Per attempt 7.60 (Good for 8th which is awesome from someone who gets labeled check down machine)

-19 TDs (4th)

-7 INT (8th best for QBs over 300 attempts. 300 plus is the standard for most of top QBs to this point)

- QBR 94.1 (8th best among starting QB)

Here is some advanced data:

-His 1.9% INT is lowest of his career with exception of 3 games he only -played in 2010

- The 7.6 YPA ties his best

- 12.4 YPC is a career best

Still lot of football left but given fact this may be his weakest group of WR talent he has had in couple years these numbers are great
