With the dearth of discussion topics in the Ravens forum (I'm sure that'll change once the season kicks off) I figured I would start posting some leaderboards/watchboards for some of our prominent players. First subject will be Ray Rice and his assault on the record for career receptions for a RB. I know I love to pimp RR more than most and he's a far way off from the number and won't seriously challenge for a few years, but he is on an awesome pace and as I have mentioned in other threads, even when he can't carry the full load anymore he will probably stick around for a few years as a 3rd down back. I will list the top-5, then important list milestone players (i.e. 10, 15, 20, etc.). Additionally, I will list active players in the list (denoted with italics). Any HOF players will have an * next to their names. This is the format I will keep for most of these.

All Ravens Stat Watch Topics:
1. Stat Watch - Career Receptions - Ray Rice

Full List

While he's got a ways to go, with an average RR receiving season, he should be in the top 35 all-time. Two such seasons will put him in the top 20 fairly easily. Going to continue to enjoy watching him.

Ray Rice had 8 receptions against the Broncos in week one. He moved to #54 on the list ahead of Frank Gore and James R. Jones.

Ray Rice is currently #43 on the list, sandwiched between Darren Sproles (42) and Barry Sanders (44).
