Yup.

Saad was a RFA (which is basically like the equivalent of the transition tag in football), and they couldn't get a deal done with him before he had a chance on the open market and knew they couldn't match the offers that would come in, so they moved on. They got Anisimov back, who signed a 5 year 22M deal, so it wasn't a big dip from the 6 year 36mill that Saad got, but it was largely cap influenced.

Shaw was a clear cap clearing move. They let several others go too for similar reasons.

That team was so freaking stacked before.

I'm having a bit of trouble supporting them because of what happened with Kane during the 2015 offseason though.

Makes sense. What happened to Kane though?

There were rape allegations brought against him. No charges were filed, but it's a really tough situation to process as a fan.

Basically, yeah.

I made this a little over a year ago

Went into the shop for a consultation and told the guy I was looking for something that would encompass the two teams. He looked through some logos, and came up with the same idea. His might end up being a bit different when I go in, but something like that will soon be on my arm forever.

👀👀👀

Gotta go back in a month to make sure the teal and the two golds color properly and make any adjustments, but I'm happy with it.

For some reason, that Jaguar reminds me a little bit of the old kitty. More fierce, less cheetos.

So that's probably a good thing.
