I know they have Richardson, Pead and Stacy, but is it going to be a legit RBBC or what? What kind of numbers/touches do you expect to see from these 3?

Richardson is the guy to own in fantasy. Pead can't play in this league yet.

Richardson is easily our guy. Pead is painful to watch at times, he's brutal.

I still think Stacy is going to be the guy who steps it up and becomes the leading rusher on the team this season. I just don't think D-Rich is an every down kind of back. Rich will get some good runs, but I think Stacy is going to be the workhorse. Not really sure how Pead is going to fit into the picture if he puts up another performance like he did last week.

I expect Stacy to carry the motherload with his talent to tire out defense the way Sjax did. Richardson will get carries when defenses are fatigued. As for Pead, he may just be buried at the bottom of the depth chart but I wouldn't count him out yet; the talent's there but the mentality isn't.

I think it will be Stacy. He has some good talent and is a tough runner.

As stated Pead isn't ready yet.

Wild card is Benny Cunningham in eyes.

I really think that Fish sees DRich being his new CJ.

While I do like Stacy I don't see him getting as many touches as Rich will.

A lot of hate For Isaiah. I've heard good things about him in camp and I don't really think you can judge him off 3-4 carries in a preseason game.

And don't sleep on Zac Stacy.

Richardson because he offers the most game changing ability of the three. Also, he has better hands than Pead or Stacy.

I have no idea what people love so much about Stacy. He's a a strong runner, but lacks burst and quickness. He should see a fair amount of short yardage and or goal line carries. Richardson will see the most work, and I am astonished that isn't universal thought.

I'm not basing my dislike of Pead on his pre-season performance. The truth is, he makes a poor decision almost everytime he touches the ball. We saw it last year and again this year. He even gets confused on kick returns often.

Throw in that Pead is suspended for game 1, and it's not really even close.

Richardson seems like the majority vote from STL nation, thanks guys.

Any reason to expect him to get less than 220 touches?

I could see him having less carries than that for a couple different reasons. One is that Fish has stated that we are going to use a committee. Pead and Stacy will both see touches. I'm sure Austin will get at least some touches out of the backfield.

Another reason is his size and stature. Although I have faith that he can stay healthy, I think the likelihood of him staying healthy increases with the more sharing of caries.

Are you asking for fantasy purposes?

One thing to consider is a hallmark of Fisher teams is there has always been one back who was the "guy" - whether it has been Eddie George, Chris Johnson, or Steve Jackson.

Right now IMO that "guy" looks like Daryl Richardson.

Blah, no. The rams aren't going to have one guy. It'll be a rbbc approach. I bet Richardson sees like 5 carries all year in the redzone.

Its brutal frankly. Richardson is the best of a very poor stable of NFL RB's. How you say you have a rbbc when there's no commitee I'm not sure?

Pead will be fortunate to even make the 53 man roster imo.
