Chargers football is back, gents (and JH)!

The baptism of the Norv-less Era shall commence this evening!

None of us should be expecting Rivers to see more than a series or two (nor should we really want him to until the starting OL has actually been determined and gels). Keep your fingers crossed that Clary doesn't find some way to get thrown on his butt playing guard and roll Fluker's knee or something. And no more further injuries than we've already got would be just ducky too! Wink

And now... enjoy an image of Mike McCoy doing something that Norv never would have done in a million years... running stairs at the Q prior to the game.

I will be watching tonight with great interest. I expect it to be vanilla but I am anxious to see the new offense.

So am I. Also a lot of new faces on the defensive side of the ball and the SS spot is still up for grabs. On the offensive side, I'm looking forward to seeing Vincent Brown back and seeing whether Edwin Baker can make the team.

LBC do you want to fight?

Hoping for some Keenan Allen sightings. Dan DePalma likely takes the Bryan Walters role. Laughing

I'm liking the Dunlap/Fluker combo on the edges. Both are playing pretty nasty.

I was almost surprised with Clary, and then he went Clary on that reverse.

Thank you, we don't have the depth for injuries. Seattle is running vanilla D but I like the offense so far. Getting open vs Seattles secondary is no joke.

Maybe, but you can't make it as pretty as Rivers does.

Nothing that man does is pretty.

Nice first drive by you guys.

Not sure why McCoy went for it on 4th and inches from the 25 or so but not on 4th and inches from the 10

Was that a pocket collapse caused by the Chargers pass rush? I've been looking for them since 2006.

V Brown getting scratched really bothers me. I've been waiting over a year to watch him play.

Freeney killed Breno Giacomini on that play.
