Lets see who is high on the kid before its obviously shown on the field. Was always high on the kid back when he was being recruited at SC. He has the potential to be our best wideout. 6'3 4.38 world class athlete AL would love this kid. Cool Not to early to appreciate this potential number 1. Butler Streater Moore could be nice in the near future. Criner doesn't have the speed Butler has, and Ford is always hurt. I'm calling it, Butler will be a rare steal for us. Surprised

They're not so bad. I thought silver surfer was hilarious, his trolling is legendary. Out at least it was......RIP

I always liked Butler at SC, despite really never showing a whole lot. Ditto with Ausberry. I'm not expecting a whole lot of production, but the physical talent is definitely there.

Silver surfer is HOF in my book. One only needed to read the thread title to know that he had struck again. Did he leave on his own or was he forced out the door?

Anyway of course I'd love to see Butler succeed because well he's a Raider and I want them all to. I don't think he'll surprise us the way Streater did, but It would be sweet if he produced right away. He may have to wait to get an opportunity.

I believe in Butler, and will show up for credit if and when he's a major contributor. + blame for if/when he tanks..
I saw NFL skills early on in the vids, post draft.

Like TLO said the physical talent is definitely there but during the time I watched him at USC I was never overly impressed. He had a ton of expectations but could never match it with his production. It'll be interesting to see if he's a late bloomer that is better suited for the NFL game.

That is interesting. Good points. Some players underwhelm in college and then show true potential in the NFL. He could be a late bloomer. If so, lucky for us and a steal.
