Yeah, I went RB and QB heavy early on, and because of that got left in the cold a bit at WR and ended up with alot of "upside guys" but no top tier guys. I'm hoping my runningbacks do well and Alex Smith puts up some ok numbers in the Reid offense so I can swing a trade for a good receiver.

So far it looks like Alex Smith is going to put up his typical numbers. Hope that improves

Yeah, that and the lack of Stevan Ridley giving me anything have been concerns.

I read a stat where the best year a Rookie WR has ever had with Tom Brady is Deon Branch: 43/489/2 TDs Shocked

To be fair, that looks like most rookie WR stat lines regardless of QB.

I managed to avoid an 0-3 start this week by tying with DC Masterminds. Final score was 67-67. Laughing

My team sucks... I am willing to trade Brees for a lesser QB and a good RB/WR or two. I'll even throw in David Wilson. Smile Sad

And Still.... You managed to snag Julian Edelman, Eddie Royal, AND Heath Miller before I could get them Wink

My biggest regret was not getting Julius Thomas though. I should have grabbed him a week earlier when I was considering it. I have been thwarted on the waiver wire like someone stealing candy from a kid.

That dang on Darren McFadden....
Mad

Fortunately for you, McFadden gets to face our Skins.
You should get your first W with just his points.

Yea I've been very active on the waiver wire so far. It probably doesn't hurt that I'm usually high on the waiver order list since I keep losing and my points for is ridiculously low. Crying or Very sad

Yea man McFadden saved my [inappropriate/removed]. I couldn't believe he actually got me enough points to tie the game. He had 0 points for me prior to his TD pass. He's my fantasy hero.

ESPN did a stat correction. They apparently had given an additional reception for 5 yards to Reggie Wayne that should have been attributed to another receiver. The correction dropped D Mastermind by 1 point, hence you won the week.

I prefer the loss over the tie.

So I need Marques Colston and the Patriots Defense to somehow outscore Drew Brees and Tony Gonzalez for me to win. Lets hope Colston has a huge game but Brees throws 3 picks.

Mike Wallace can score 50 tonight, right?
