Well that didn't take long.

It's entirely possible that Ozzie Newsome can see the future. He had this guy in for a meeting two days before Dennis Pitta got hurt.

That's why he waited to pay Flacco after the SB win? Wink

As expected. Now I think they're debating bring back Leach or trying to get a receiver (need the cap room if they get a decent one via trade). I don't really have any expectations for Shiancoe but it'll be interesting to see the competition between him and Furstenburg.

Maybe he can only see a week into the future.

Limited super-powers then.

Well all Super Powers are limited. Wink Laughing

But yeah. Solid move. This helps bolster our TE depth. We needed another head into the playback. We couldn't afford for Dickson to also go down and not have any kind of veteran presence out there. Though unless injury occurs, I'm not expecting much from this. I still contend that getting back Leach would be more important to our offensive versatility.

Solid depth move. He's not flashy, not spectacular, but he's just a solid backup TE right now. I like it.

At the very least, he adds some girth to the roster.

I'm hoping Shiancoe gives Furstenburg some competition, and the rookie steps up to claim a roster place. I think we might have really got a steal with him as UDFA.

We know he can block, from his college games, but he's showing he can catch the ball as well, in Training Camp.

Don't worry BTerp, I see what you did there.

And there are some things you only wish you could unsee.....
