In an offseason where everyone was reaching for question marks with this team there is finally a legitimate one with our pass catching options. Not worried though because outside of that I feel like we should be dominant across the board.

Visanthe Shiancoe picked an awfully good time to stop by.

Torrey Smith is going to have to step up this year and breakout. To make up for losing Boldin and now Pitta. Flacco losing his most reliable receiving target for any extended period of time doesn't bode well for the Ravens.

I.. It's..

Something must be in the water in Baltimore. I've never seen a roster go through so much change, and none of their fans seem worried at all. All rookies are expected to exceed their predecessors. Everyone coming back from any injury is going to be at 100% strength and better than ever. Nobody overachieved last season. The team will mesh instantly.

And the best is watching how they talk about Ed and Ray now that they arent on their team. All season last year it was about how amazing they were. The greatest minds and leaders to every play the sport. Ed was still an elite ball hawk. Ray's leadership was completely irreplaceable, miles in front of any other player. And now? Ray was below average in all areas. Ed is as durable as Bob Sanders.

Letting Boldin go was a bad idea before this. Now it just looks awful.

Devastating blow. Almost as bad of news as you can get this time of year.

On a trying to stay positive note: everyone familiar with the Ravens expected him to blow up this year and it's the final years of his contract, so at least we get some leverage there. Plus, losing Webb last year was a bigger blow and we found a way to win a SB with him out and Suggs injured.
